Hi, I'm Jennifer Garner. Being a business owner takes hard work and a whole lot of miles. So Once Upon a Farm needed a serious business card. We chose the Capital One Venture X Business Card. With unlimited double miles on every purchase, we earn rewards on all the things we need to grow our business.
Venture X Business gives us big purchasing power so we can spend more and earn more. We redeemed miles to travel the country and partner with new stores. Capital One, what's in your wallet?

It's Jim Cramer here. You're listening to the opening bell of CNBC's Squawk on the Street. Don't miss a minute of the action.
David Faber (1:13)
Good Wednesday morning, welcome to Squawk on the Street. I'm David Faber with Jim Cramer. We're here at Post 9 of the New York Stock Exchange. Carl's on assignment this morning. Let's give you a look at energy prices, and then we'll take a look at futures. You can see not much going on there in terms of oil, and the markets after, of course, what has been a very significant rally the last couple of days. I don't know, what do you want to call that?
Jim Cramer (1:38)
Parabolic?
David Faber (1:39)
No, I mean this, for an open, not much.
Jim Cramer (1:43)
We're in consolidation mode, which is what happens if you have this kind of run, according to the S&P.
David Faber (1:47)
Let me get to our roadmap, and then you can talk some more. Our roadmap does start with tech stocks. They have continued, as we were just kind of referencing, that rally in April. The Nasdaq, by the way, it's the best-winning streak it has seen since 2021 in terms of consecutive updates.
Jim Cramer (2:02)
It's amazing.
David Faber (2:02)
That happened fast. Plus, we're gonna dig through the latest batch of bank earnings. We've got Bank of America and Morgan Stanley, both out with results this morning.
And don't miss our first on CNBC interview with Bank of America's CEO Brian Moynihan. That'll be in the next hour.
Jim Cramer (2:17)
Are you reading that?
David Faber (2:19)
No, Leslie Picker will be leading that.
Jim Cramer (2:21)
Oh, she's doing a great job.
David Faber (2:21)
Yes.
Jim Cramer (2:22)
Just because I talked to Brian this morning, I have to tell you, David, I want to start with something that-
David Faber (2:27)
Will you let me finish here?
Do you ever look at the screen? The US military turning back six ships in the first 24 hours of its naval blockade, as the president says the war is close to over. He's been doing TV for over 20 years. He still doesn't look at the clock. He doesn't look at the television.
Jim Cramer (2:45)
Is it the president?
David Faber (2:46)
You!
Jim Cramer (2:46)
Oh, me. The president does a lot of TV.
David Faber (2:48)
All right. Now we can get to the markets, and you can start talking.
Jim Cramer (2:52)
Brian starts the conversation by my hand. You know, an old hand, and I've known him a very long time. He does start the conversation. He goes, you know, how can we have a 13 multiple?
Now we don't talk much about the price series multiple, but the fact is, David, if someone ever were to say, you know what, this market is expensive, can I just say the Exhibit A are these bank stocks that trade at multiples that are so beneath what they should? They are junger knots.
David Faber (3:18)
They are. And we're going to get to them and go into detail on them. Do you want to do that now? Would you prefer that? Because I'm happy to.
Jim Cramer (3:24)
I'm really going on, no, I want to save Leslie, but my issue here is the idea of expensive versus cheap.
David Faber (3:32)
Okay.
Jim Cramer (3:32)
You know, when Kiddily, when Metta and when Amazon and when NVIDIA 10 days ago traded at below immolables, I was waiting for you to say something because you have pointed out that Metta is one of the cheapest stocks in the market.
