TopicsComedy

Kip Wightman (0:05)

What's in your car?

Susie O'Neill (0:06)

In your boot.

Kip Wightman (0:07)

In the back of your car.

Susie O'Neill (0:08)

In your back of your car, because producer Ash has tap shoes, which we're going to get her to use later and do a little tap show for us.

Kate (0:13)

Yeah, I think so.

Kip Wightman (0:14)

I think we need to.

Susie O'Neill (0:14)

Out in the veranda.

Kip Wightman (0:15)

But she hasn't tapped in ages, but she just has them there in case of emergency.

David Lutteral (0:19)

Yeah. If it's there, it's either encourages you to get back in the game, or it just torments you for years and years.

Sharon (0:27)

Torments. Yeah. They're just there. They're just there and you never use them. Staring at you.

Kip Wightman (0:31)

Yeah. Michelle in Wellington Point, good morning. What's in the back of your car?

Lish (0:36)

Good morning.

Beck (0:37)

I have a bale of hay in the back of my car.

Susie O'Neill (0:40)

Why?

Lish (0:43)

I own horses.

Beck (0:44)

Never know when I'm going to drop into the paddock and have to feed them.

Lish (0:47)

So always got it there in the back, ready to go.

Susie O'Neill (0:50)

Have you dated someone like that once?

David Lutteral (0:52)

I did, yeah. I remember going to strange, sort of stable places and buying hay and other stuff that you've never ever heard of and having to go through that process and then, yeah, totally. It's a whole another life. So you've got to sort of lead, isn't it? The hay life.

Lish (1:10)

Yeah. Yeah.

Beck (1:11)

And it gets everywhere as well.

Susie O'Neill (1:13)

It does.

David Lutteral (1:13)

It gets everywhere.

Kip Wightman (1:14)

If you have a sheet down underneath it, that hay just gets everywhere.

Susie O'Neill (1:17)

Have you had hay in your car too Nick?

Kip Wightman (1:18)

Well, we used to own horses before. I don't have it in mind. We used to own them growing up, our horses in Brookfields. And yeah, we had hay. When you become a horse person or a horse family, it takes over.

Sharon (1:29)

It's a different, it's a whole thing.

David Lutteral (1:31)

It can take over your life. I quite enjoyed it, but it certainly takes over your life. Yeah, really.

Kip Wightman (1:36)

Wow, that's pretty good.

Susie O'Neill (1:38)

Lish out of Morayfield. Is that your name?

Lish (1:41)

Yeah, Lish.

Susie O'Neill (1:43)

Sorry, I thought it was a spelling mistake from our producers.

Lish (1:45)

No, it's a Lisha, but nobody can pronounce it, so it's Lish. Lish, I like it.

David Lutteral (1:50)

Busy people. Yeah, I don't have time to say Lisha. Yeah, yeah.

Susie O'Neill (1:53)

Lish, what's in the back of your car?

Lish (1:56)

Sorry.

I had mannequin heads, so I was a trainer for a salon. So I had a couple of mannequin heads. My son opened the boot one day to put his school bag in the boot, and thought that I had murdered a couple of people and cut their heads off.

David Lutteral (2:12)

And beheaded them.

Beck (2:15)

He's like, no, she just put it in a box, mom.

Lish (2:18)

I don't want no heads rolling around in the boot.

David Lutteral (2:21)

Mannequin heads are creepy. It's really psychopathic.

Kip Wightman (2:23)

Yeah.

Kate (2:24)

Not just the body, it's the head.

Lish (2:25)

It's like their eyes are just staring at me.

Kip Wightman (2:26)

Also, they have actual eyes and stuff, or are they just plain?

Lish (2:29)

Yeah. Yeah, they have a full face with a full head of hair.

David Lutteral (2:34)

So what do you do with them?

Lish (2:37)

I train like hair dressing, like so did color cuts, oil, yeah, like all of that kind of stuff. So it's the hair that we use.

David Lutteral (2:45)

Do you just stick them, put them on a stick like Attila the Hun style?

Lish (2:49)

Oh yeah.

David Lutteral (2:50)

How do you do it? Where's the bodies?

Kate (2:53)

Yeah, there's no bodies.

Lish (2:55)

Yeah, basically on a stand that like you can clamp onto a bench and you can maneuver it.

Kip Wightman (3:03)

It would be a weird thing.

David Lutteral (3:04)

Having to carry them out from said car to the salon.

Kip Wightman (3:08)

Or imagine police pulling you over for an RBT or something.

Lish (3:11)

Is that a hit in the back? There was a thing that went viral a while ago. This woman had a hair vest hanging out the back of her car and the police pulled her over, which she thought she had murdered someone. And she's like, no, I'm not on the hairdresser.
