There's something that's come out up last night, and I don't think anyone would do this cleaning-wise household, except for you, Susie. Maybe. We know you and Cliff are the cleanest household there is in Brisbane.

Susie O'Neill (0:15)

You're a bit ICD.

Susie O'Neill (0:16)

I'm going to get a bit of help as well.

David Lutteral (0:17)

Yeah, there's a fair bit of help.

Susie O'Neill (0:19)

To staff.

David Lutteral (0:20)

To any of your staff to do this. We actually don't get any help. We do.

Susie O'Neill (0:23)

You protest to me.

David Lutteral (0:25)

Experts reckon that shower heads build up bacteria, yeast, and fungi called biofilm, and you need to soak your shower head in vinegar every one to three months.

Susie O'Neill (0:36)

I understand. I get that.

David Lutteral (0:37)

I understand it, but has anyone ever soaked their shower head in vinegar?

Susie O'Neill (0:40)

I try to do it in that. What's that?

Ash Bradnam (0:41)

CLR. Yes, yes, yes.

Susie O'Neill (0:43)

It comes in the silver bottle.

Ash Bradnam (0:45)

CLR.

Susie O'Neill (0:46)

I try and do it. Hang it, push it in there in an ice cream bucket or something. Tea bag kind of thing.

Ash Bradnam (0:51)

Tea bag, yeah. Yeah, tea bag.

Susie O'Neill (0:52)

Yeah, dip it in. Dip them in.

Ash Bradnam (0:54)

So, occasionally, I'll try and do that.

Susie O'Neill (0:56)

So, you actually do that?

Susie O'Neill (0:57)

One of my pet hates is when you go to a, usually it says, you know the sort of the rainfall ones?

Ash Bradnam (1:03)

Yes.

Susie O'Neill (1:03)

And they've got the little niblets?

Ash Bradnam (1:04)

Yep, yep.

Susie O'Neill (1:05)

And you look up and like at least half the niblets aren't working. If I'm in a hotel, I'll stand there, and it's not good for me because it's probably dropping.

Susie O'Neill (1:11)

At a hotel?

Susie O'Neill (1:12)

No, I'll run my finger over every single one and unblock them.

Ash Bradnam (1:15)

You don't know who else has been in that hotel and those niblets are dead.

Susie O'Neill (1:18)

No one else has touched it, but it's just dirty water going through.

Susie O'Neill (1:21)

We clean the niblets with CLR from the outside, but we don't soak it. We don't take it apart and soak it or teabag it or anything.

David Lutteral (1:29)

It'd be hard to take one of those big, you know, waterfall shower heads off.

Susie O'Neill (1:31)

You'd have to put a bucket up to it, which is hard.

Susie O'Neill (1:35)

CLR is magic.

David Lutteral (1:37)

What is CLR?

Susie O'Neill (1:38)

Calcium Lime Rust, it stands for removal.

Susie O'Neill (1:41)

It's pretty magic.

Susie O'Neill (1:42)

I don't know. It smells really strong. And don't leave it on for too long because it'll break everything.

Ash Bradnam (1:46)

Yeah, okay.

Susie O'Neill (1:47)

I remember ads for it back in the day with trains. Remember like the train and they cleaned it with CLR and all of a sudden it was clean?

Ash Bradnam (1:53)

That's right.

Susie O'Neill (1:53)

Yeah, I did it too.

Ash Bradnam (1:54)

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Susie O'Neill (1:55)

It was a really good ad.

Susie O'Neill (1:56)

It works on most things.

Ash Bradnam (1:57)

Okay.

Susie O'Neill (1:58)

I've literally got some in my bathroom.

Susie O'Neill (1:59)

Same. You can get the yellow spray that you can spray.

Susie O'Neill (2:02)

I haven't got the spray.

Susie O'Neill (2:04)

The soap scum?

Susie O'Neill (2:05)

Yeah, right.

Susie O'Neill (2:06)

Or we can get the hardcore stuff in there.

Susie O'Neill (2:07)

That's a big one for me.

David Lutteral (2:08)

Yeah, that's interesting.

Susie O'Neill (2:09)

You put your face directly under it at least twice a day.

David Lutteral (2:12)

Do you clean your dishwasher, like inside your dishwasher?

Susie O'Neill (2:14)

Nope.

Susie O'Neill (2:15)

I just put it on without the plates and clean it. Turn it on without stuff in it.

David Lutteral (2:21)

Right.

Susie O'Neill (2:21)

See, sometimes I put mine in with just one plate in it.

David Lutteral (2:23)

And turn it on. It's just your plate.

Ash Bradnam (2:25)

It's your plate and your coloring.

Susie O'Neill (2:26)

Well, I do it by myself, so it would be one plate, and I'm not going to hand wash it.

Ash Bradnam (2:29)

You want to just hand wash it. I'm not going to hand wash it.

Susie O'Neill (2:31)

I'm not going to throw it in for two hours forty.

David Lutteral (2:33)

I shan't be hand washing it.

Susie O'Neill (2:35)

And someone told me to use less water anyway if you use a dishwasher.
