So you've all seen by now the results of this socialist uprising. This was a very, very bad week for Senate and House Democratic leadership.
**Comfortably Smug** (0:12)
Tuesday's primary result really is the Socialist ground zero mosque when it comes to declaring victory over the Democratic Party.
**Josh Holmes** (0:23)
Part of what's happening here is that the Democratic Party did not cast a meaningful primary ballot for Presidents in 2008 in Barack Obama. So you have all this pent up energy within the Democratic Party and in the base in particular that is spilling out.
**John Ashbrook** (0:39)
The 2018 squad, which was like Medicare for all, is so yesterday, so quaint in the Democratic Party. They've gone from Medicare to all to through your hands comes the relief for the believers and the killing of the infidels by the sword. That is the Democrat Party.

Washington politicians are always getting in your wallet. Now they're messing with your credit card. Your credit card and the security it offers are under attack. The Durbin Marshall credit card bill would change the nation's payment system to benefit corporate megastores like Walmart and Target at the expense of everyday Americans. Credit cards keep your payments secure and provide rewards that families use to help make everyday purchases more affordable.
The Durbin Marshall mandates would let corporate megastores cut corners on credit card processing, routing transactions over cheaper, untested networks with weaker security and fewer protections. That means higher risk of fraud, greater chance of stolen personal data, and the loss of rewards programs just so corporate megastores can pocket billions of dollars and higher profits. Tell Congress to guard your card. Visit guardyourcard.com to take action and learn more.

Do we have a show for you to hear today. I am Josh Holmes, along with Comfortably Smug, Michael Duncan and John Ashbrook, left or right across your radio dial is absolutely always here. There are a few times in a few weeks that this job provides more pleasure than others.
This is one of those weeks.
Turns out there were some contentious primaries that Democrats had to deal with. They're happening frequently all over the country. New York is really providing though a good overview. There's some main they were having. Plattner, of course, he's a reoccurring character here on the Ruthless Variety Program. And we'll get to him at some point later on in the week because he's got some new stuff. Never a week goes by.
**Comfortably Smug** (3:21)
But you know it's a good show when we've got better stuff than the Plattner stuff.
**Josh Holmes** (3:25)
Yeah, we got better stuff than that. So you've all seen by now the results of this socialist uprising that has been happening that we here on the Ruthless Variety Program have been telling you about, I think, for like two years.
**Comfortably Smug** (3:41)
Yeah, but it's common dribs and drabs. But I think Tuesday's primary results really is the socialist ground zero mosque when it comes to declaring victory over the Democratic Party.
**Josh Holmes** (3:55)
A ground zero mosque. Sure.
**John Ashbrook** (3:58)
In New York, dude, that's the perfect metaphor. That is 100% what happened. That's what happened here.
**Josh Holmes** (4:03)
I think I think that's right. And then comes, ironically, close to a 25th anniversary of 9-11.
**John Ashbrook** (4:09)
I don't think it's even ironic. I think it's intentional.
The same way Momodani wants to be there. The same way that you've seen his messaging, which... And his entire thing has been, oh, well, you know, we know America's bad and Jihad is good. That's been the whole underlying thing. That's why he made these endorsements. That's why these candidates are there. That's why this show is going to be incredible.
**Josh Holmes** (4:32)
Yeah. Let's level set for a second. This was a very, very bad week for Senate and House Democratic leadership.
New York leadership. Anybody who's in the Democratic Party in a leadership capacity whatsoever. Because as we've discussed at Nausium on this program, the modus operandi, the preferred method of campaigning is the Abigail Spanberger routine, where you go in as like, well, I work with Republicans and Democrats and I do all kinds of partisan things. And I just understand people and I just want to do what's right. And then they become governors, senators, congresspeople, ban your guns.
