Chaos is the design. The world is being split up. I think it's being engineered. It's the biggest change we will ever witness in our lifetime. This global control grid is being built. There's data centers all around the world. Everyone needs to navigate that. They're either going to be in this control grid, or they're going to have individual sovereignty. In Europe, you've got central bank digital currencies. In America, you've got stable coins. Programmable, controllable money integrated into social data with social credit scores. You just end up, you know, effectively a debt slave for your entire life. The world leaders can't be honest around what's actually happening because you're not meant to know. I see Bitcoin now as a digital resistance, the ability to own your own data, own your own key. And sadly, I think that very few are actually going to do that.

Natalie Brunell (0:43)

How does this end? Because it seems like we're not crashing down, we're crashing upwards. So do you think a financial crisis is on the horizon?

Everyone, welcome back to the show. Joining me this week in person is Simon Dixon. You need no introduction. My audience, a lot of them are big fans, and you have a big announcement. You've written a book, right?

Simon Dixon (1:10)

Yeah, I've been writing a book. I've been meaning to do it since COVID, but I kept getting distracted. There was the Celsius bankruptcy that took out a couple of years, and then I finally got back to it. So yeah, I've finished writing it now, and I'm just getting it proofread.

Natalie Brunell (1:29)

That is awesome. I'm sure so many people are excited to read it, and it's about the game of money. So let's touch on some of these subjects.

Maybe we can zoom out a little bit. I've seen you on some of your recent shows. But just to set the scene, what is your take on what the global financial system is transitioning from and into so that people can feel like they're most prepared for this transition, that kind of feels chaotic at all times now?

Simon Dixon (1:55)

Yeah. Well, so chaos is the design. Right now, I think everything, our algorithms, our news, our media, everything's driving us to thinking that there's not a bright future, and which is driving a lot of short-term behavior, a lot of fear, a lot of uncertainty.

I think that's by design. I think what we're witnessing, I believe right now is a change of order.

The British Empire, the American Empire, some are speculating whether it's the Chinese Empire, but I believe we're moving to multiple nodes around the world of regional alliances, and the end of many of the constructs that allowed America to jet power globally into a regional power, which consists of Europe, Central, South America, Canada, and the Western Hemisphere, let's call it.

In that transition, there's a couple of things going on. In our last time show, I talked about these three power structures, FIC, MIC, TIC. I call it the financial industrial complex, the military industrial complex, and the technical industrial complex.

I think the financial industrial complex, which consists of the largest pools of capital in the world, foreign sovereign wealth funds, institutions like BlackRock, investment banks like JP Morgan, I think they are repositioning the world right now into a multi-node system. So there's lots of different competing settlement rails. So we're seeing central bank digital currencies that clear outside the main American Western Swift system. We're seeing alternative competing alliances with regional players across the Middle East, across the Global South, across West Asia. And that at the same time is all because a new rising power, which is China. So you put all that together. And I think the world is being split up. I think it's being engineered. I think a lot of the wars and the, I don't consider this to be World War III. I see this to be a global posturing and negotiations in what the world looks like for the next century or so. And I think we're all living through that. It's the biggest change we will ever witness in our lifetime. It is a big change. And at the same time, we've got this big overarching trend that there is global technology.

You know, you've had Whitney Webb on the show. She often talks about this global control grid. There are components of that that exist in China. And there are components of that that exist with the technical industrial complex. You know, the big companies, the Magnificent 7, now the Magnificent 10, you know, SpaceX, Google, all of these companies. They're building this global control grid. And at the same time, you know, we're Bitcoiners. We recognize that there is a, I think, I see Bitcoin now as a digital resistance. You know, the ability to own your own data, own your own key. And sadly, I think that very few are actually going to do that. And so it's a big transition. Lots of things are happening. And I think it's very, very chaotic for people to make sense of what's happening. If you can zoom out, you know, follow a bit of the big monetary trends. It makes sense in my head, but I think everyone's got a different view on what's happening right now. So that's causing a lot of tension, a lot of arguments, a lot of people, they've got very little tolerance for each other. You know, I think like there's just a lot of anger and anxiety in the world, and people are just not as tolerant as they once were in a more orderly world.
