Brilliant. Good to meet you. We've not met before, spoken.

How are you?

Look, and this is silver play outside of Mexico, so that's a rarity. Pure play is silver play? No, it's... You've got a bunch of other stuff going on. Okay. Look, before we kind of get into the project proper, let's talk about why you're here. You're at Beaver Creek. What are you hoping to get from it?

Julien Davy (0:40)

We're talking with investors. We're looking for better investors, other investors, more retail, of course, and it's the place to be here.

Crux Investor (0:49)

Okay. And obviously, Silver is still topical, so that works.

Talk to me about you. What's your background? Where have you worked? What have you done? And more importantly, how is that relevant to what you're trying to do here?

Julien Davy (1:01)

I'm a geologist with an MBA.

I'm running the public companies since 10 years now, and I've been working for groups like Osisko, like IM Gold in the past, evaluating projects, and also work for a Quebec Fund investment fund also. So I had a little bit of capital market experience too. And so it's a mix of technical and capital market experience.

Crux Investor (1:32)

Okay. And obviously I think it's key. This is really important to understand what exactly is setting out to do.

Okay, it's high grade silver. I get it. So what?

Julien Davy (1:43)

That area was mostly looked for zinc in the past. And we have project that sits with super high grade. We talk about over 1500 grams per tonne silver grades at different places, numerous occurrences like this.

But those project has always been looked with a zinc lens. And we believe that that lens really missed a big opportunity, which is silver, actually.

Crux Investor (2:12)

Right. And to help you with this exercise of delivering on silver, who else is working with you?

Julien Davy (2:19)

We have a team of two geologists right now.

We have our VP Exploration, which is somebody who worked a long time for Cisco, also for different major companies. And we have another geologist who worked for almost a year, just compiling all the historical work that has been done. A lot of money has been spent in that area already, but again, always looking for that base metal and not with the silver lens.

Right.

Julien Davy (2:47)

So that's part of the team we have. We have also, of course, the management board. We have people that is a financial person on the board. We have other CEO of another silver play that in South America.

And so it's a mixed team. And now we are building a more local team in Bathurst, in New Brunswick. We are hiring geologists. We are hiring technical people because we need that. We're going to be on the drilling.

A long history of mining in Bathurst, obviously. So you think finding people has been relatively easy?

Julien Davy (3:22)

Relatively. For a long time, that area was forgotten. Since the shutdown of the last mine in 2010, 11-ish like this, everybody, there were no job in the mining industry in that area. So everybody run away, went to Quebec, went to Ontario. But slowly and surely the spotlight is back in New Brunswick. There are a major company coming back. We're talking about KeyLoss, Keniland, Osisko is coming back.

There's a major looking for New Brunswick now.

Okay. You picked up a few assets.

Julien Davy (3:58)

Yeah.

You obviously got your flagship, which we'll talk about. How did you about identifying these? Were they all picked up individually? Or was this a package from a specific route?

Julien Davy (4:09)

It was in the package already. It was in the company already when I arrived. But what attracts me really when I had to decide if I was willing to work with Silver Acadia, it was the quality of the assets mostly.

That's really intriguing me.

Okay. Well, let's prioritize those. Obviously, the flagship was a bit obvious.

Yeah. So what about it? Do you like?

Julien Davy (4:32)

So the fact that we have already a lot of information, but that we're looking for the wrong commodity.

And with the reality, the market today, with the silver market, silver price, the gold price, we are able to build resource really based on silver. And that is the real opportunity.
