Hey, everyone, I'm Megyn Kelly. Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show and today's Double Feature Sunday Mega episode. Today, we're bringing you the very first conversation I ever had with two fascinating people, with whom I've developed friendships since these interactions you're about to listen to. The first is Shawn Ryan. When Shawn flew into our studio two years ago, I didn't know what to expect, but the two-hour conversation we had blew me away. I just love this guy. I'm professionally speaking, I just adore him. He was so open and honest in ways that many aren't. And his life story from the Navy Seals to crime committing, as he put it, to finding God and redemption started our beautiful journey together.
I recently saw Shawn, as you may have seen when I took a trip down to his studio in Nashville last month, which involved three and a half hours of conversation and a lot of shooting guns, which was super fun. You can go check that out on his feed and enjoy, but you'll listen to our first meeting today, which was very, very deep and insightful on his part. Then there's Charlie Sheen. Charlie came in last year for an interview about his life and career, and it became very clear why he was for a time the biggest star in Hollywood. Since this interview, we got a chance to meet in person during the MK Live Tour last year, and he delighted our entire in-auditorium audience and beyond. And I would imagine that our conversations will continue in the future. I certainly hope so. Enjoy, and we'll see you Monday.

It's hard on Memorial Day because it's a solemn day, right? But people are out there trying to get their big TV. And I understand that, right? People are like, they work hard and they... But you got to take a moment or an hour or two just to stop and think about why you have the freedom to shop where you want and wear what you want and say what you want and do what you want. And that boils down to you guys, you and the friends you've lost.
