Now, they're from the UK, and they're traveling here in Australia, specifically in Queensland right now, right? They're backpacking around in a Prado. They're heading towards Brissy. We saw this first, our producer saw this first on TikTok, and we sort of latched on, because they've run out of money as you do when you go traveling, right?
But instead of working a normal job, it turns out that Katie, she used to be quite a runner, and she used to do a fair bit of long distance running and stuff like that.

So her boyfriend, Harvey, is entering her in all the regional town half marathons, so she wins in a hope to get 300 bucks and 400 bucks, so they were in the Yippoon Marathon. They went to the Early Beach Marathon. She ran them and she won them both, the half marathons.

That's not a bad idea. How come she has to do all the work? They've actually got an Instagram page called KatieandHarvey.travels.
Yeah, but it looks like at the end of last year, they took off. I've got a few questions because there's a lot of stuff of her training, obviously running training because they're entering her in the events. And the boyfriend is just riding his bicycle along next to her going, come on, go faster, we need to win the money.

I'm actually nervous. Feels like I'm not recovered in the slightest from last week. My hamstring feels like it's going to pop and something's going on here. But I'm ready to give it a go and I'm not scared of pain and do it.

Although she was nervous, bless her, brought her to the start line and after a slightly disappointing start horn, she was off with a big smile on her face.

That's the ya-poon half marathon and he just films her. Your budget cuts. Exactly. The horn, the air horn didn't go off, it just goes start.

She ends up winning in a time of one hour and 22 minutes, which is like, that's fast.

You can pay them just a dollar. That must be like a coffee thing. But you're right. I'm going to scour through the Instagram page and see if they have. If he's on the booze. Okay. Let's have a look. No, they live in their Prado. They literally have turned. They've made it themselves. They put all the drawers in it, the kitchen. They put a bed in it. He's the coach. I'm not begrudging that. Yeah. It's like, what's he doing? You know what he's doing? Yeah. He's putting a lot of videos up without a shirt on and he's got quite a nice body.

Now, we brought you this story on Monday, I think it was this week, Suze, about Katie and Harvey, also go by Katie and Harvey Travels. They're from the UK. You can find them online. They're basically backpacking around in their Prado, driving around Australia, running low on coin a little bit, as you do when you're backpacking. So clearly, Katie is a runner. And I think Harvey decided to enter Katie in these events. That's how it sounds to us. And Katie is entering like the Yippoon Half Marathon and winning it in a time of an hour and 22 minutes to get three or 400 bucks so they can afford to go to the next place.
