Human beings are going to be a rather small part of how much money is spent, how much money is traded, that will be done by AI agents, right? As I showed you on the charts earlier. So we need infrastructure that actually works at software speed, not human speed.

What's up, everybody? It's LGDUSET here, and welcome to Milk Road AI, the daily AI show that just got access to one of the best financial apps in the world, but I'm going to insist on using my 120-year-old bank instead. Today is July 16th, 2026, recording on the 15th. Every week, our AI analyst Vincent sits me down for a lesson or two about a specific company, and this time, it's one of the biggest and brightest in the space. Robinhood, an app used by 30 million people and growing has a play that is often overlooked by the broader market, agentic trading. Vincent believes that as the sector takes off, Robinhood is centrally positioned to benefit as they'll be able to offer agentic trading and shopping to all their customers, creating a massive spike in fees and revenue for them. Before we continue, Vincent has made some banger calls for us this year, including Bloom Energy before it went up like 200%.
If you want to see his trades and positions, you got to go Milk Road PRO, which is just a dollar for a seven-day trial at the link below. Today's episode is brought to you by BitGet, stocks 2 with real liquidity, real dividends, and Securitize, the regulated rails for tokenization. Vincent, I'm excited to learn about Robinhood as a Canadian person. We just got access to Robinhood like the other day.
Honestly, I don't really know much about the business, and I feel like you're going to tell me a lot about it today.
**Vincent** (1:28)
Definitely.
So my core thesis on Robinhood is actually really different from everything else that you can find out there, because my view is that AI agents will become a major growth driver or growth engine for Robinhood as those agents start spending money, start to trade, and they're basically increasing the financial activity per customer. That's the thesis and that's what I want to explain to you guys today.
**LGDUSET** (1:58)
And is that, and that's something you feel like the market just doesn't really know, right? That is something we would think Robinhood, we're like, oh, Vlad's cool and it's an app for Gen Z. We don't realize this part, right?
**Vincent** (2:10)
Yeah, there's so many news around the company. You know, blockchain, Robinhood blockchain came out and people are talking about the memes that are out there. They're talking about the agentic credit card that they're just launching, right? But those are all bits and pieces of the story, that once you put it together, you understand the bigger picture and yeah, that's kind of the angle of today.
**LGDUSET** (2:32)
Tell me more, man. So tell me about these agents or agentic commerce on Robinhood.
**Vincent** (2:36)
Exactly. So obviously we need to give a bit of context, right? And we need to start with where agents are today. Agents today are mainly coding, as you can see, like this big orange line here, that's telling you that the majority of clod agentic usage today is encoding. But the story is that that's only the start. The agents of tomorrow will start to consume. They will start to spend money. They will start to trade. You can see it, right? Amazon, Apple, Robinhood. Those are all kind of different expressions of AI agents doing stuff.
And that's core to understand because this turns AI from kind of a productivity tool that it is today into an economic actor that actually can generate some form of financial activity.
That's a thesis on where we're moving. And that's also what you need to understand, where AI agents are going. That, by the way, also implies that we need a lot more compute because think about agents trading 24-7, and then all of Robinhood user bases have AI agents trading for them. That's like, I think they have 27 million customers as of today, or around 30 million. Think about each of them having their own agent, and then maybe more agents trading them, buying stuff. You need a lot of compute. But that's not the story of today, but it's just a good side note, I guess.
**LGDUSET** (4:24)
You're dipping back into the compute conversation we're having on the role of it.
**Vincent** (4:28)
Exactly.
**LGDUSET** (4:28)
Just yesterday for people that were listening. You're basically telling me that Robinhood is enabling agentic trading or agentic commerce through their platform. Because commerce is being done by the other commerce companies, by actual retail companies.
