I have Reiner Fuellmich on the phone with me at this very moment. He's calling from prison. We'd hoped to speak last night, but unfortunately, there was a little bit of a problem, and we didn't manage that. So Reiner, thank you very much for calling me this morning.

**Reiner Fuellmich** (0:23)
Well, thank you for giving me the opportunity.

**Brian Gerrish** (0:25)
It's a pleasure. Reiner, the time has flown by since I had the opportunity to come and see you in prison, and I'll say this to you. I think it might make some of the audience smile a little bit, but a couple of people contacted me after I put out the report, talking about your case and the visit to you in prison, and they said, we don't actually know that Brian Gerrish visited Reiner Fuellmich in prison. How do we know that he visited him? So, of course, I said that I made the trip, but Reiner, would you kindly share with the audience the fact that I did come and see you in prison?

**Reiner Fuellmich** (1:04)
Of course you were here. You visited me together with Seva Periglini from Switzerland, and we had about an hour to talk about anything and everything, and we did, and this is how I managed to put you up to speed.
Then we followed up with another phone conversation, which nobody is aware of, but because you didn't record anything, it was a private conversation, so that I was able to really tell you about all the details that maybe the public could be interested in.

**Brian Gerrish** (1:40)
Thank you very much for that.
So there's the fact that I did travel to Bremerford, or I did visit Reiner in prison. I had the opportunity to meet him for the first time and today, we're going to speak a little bit about his case and what's happening. Reiner, I've had a lot of comments as a result of reporting on you, and I'm going to say most of those have been really complimentary. They've been, from people, delighted to hear the report on you, and indeed the fact the UK Column has taken up on your case. So very clear that you've got a lot of support from people. There were some other people that said to me, well, the trouble is, we don't really know what's happened. And when I've pressed them, perhaps not surprisingly, the key issue that comes to the surface is, well, all of that effort over CIC and all of the money that people raised, it's all gone, and now we're just left in no man's land. Reiner, what's your response to people that believe at the moment that all of the money that was raised has been lost and that you've taken money and that money no longer exists?
What can you say to the supporters that have got concerns in these areas?

**Reiner Fuellmich** (3:08)
Well, the short answer is, this is fake news. The money is still there. The part of the money, of course, was used over, I think, two years or so, when I was still there, was used to pay for the translators, for the technicians, for the live stream people, for all kinds of things, bookkeeping, security.
But most of the money is still there. For example, both Viviana and myself decided after we had been warned by an American journalist, by the name of James Henry, that the police or the prosecution was about to seize or had seized money from our friend, Susharit Bhakti's outfit, MVDFG, I think is their name. It turned out to be a alarm. But when he came and visited us, right one day after he had done an interview, the journalist, James Henry, one day after he had done an interview in Kiel with Susharit Bhakti, it sounded extremely alarming. And that's when Viviana Fisher and I decided that we would take some of the money, some of the donation money out of the account. And by way of a loan, of course, because we wanted everything to be official in case somebody looked into the books of the Corona Investigative Committee. So we did, we took out two or three loans.
I took out 700,000, Viviana took out 100,000. I believe that her money was secure because she owned a ranch style, a piece of property in Eastern Germany. I was wrong about that because it was her husband's money or ranch. In my case, of course, I had more than enough money to pay back the loan. This only served one purpose, meaning to protect part of the donation money from getting seized by the government, by the deep state, in essence. And that money, in my case, 700,000, I mean, I had several homes that I was in the process of selling. The last one, before I was going to move back to the United States, I mean, I was keeping my law firm here, but the last one was just being put on sale when we took out the loans and when I was going to pay back the loan, because then this is in August of 2022, I was about to pay back the loan. I had a buyer who was going to pay for the last home that I owned in Göttingen.
