Yeah, I'm the founder and CEO of Leap Advisory Partners. As you said, I have been in the staffing recruiting industry for almost 30 years. I live on a farm in Northern California with my husband who builds race cars. I build tech stacks. He builds race cars. What kind of race cars? He builds for the BMW series.

It's club racing for middle-aged men with too much money and not enough sense. So just like we like them.

So we've got a book that we're going to talk about and we'll get to that. But the grander issue, talking about AI, talking about we've seen all of these reports, all of these articles, blah, blah, blah, talking about adoption, not being able to reach ROI, all these different things. And I mean, really, we're still kind of like in the R&D phase of AI for companies that are out there. Should we really expect at this point to have it all figured out? I mean, that's what it feels like. Whenever you hear it on the news, or you read it in an article, it's like, why haven't these companies figured this out? And it's like, this is some new shit still, right?
