Today is October 16th. All right, big moves happening with the New York Rangers. They just recalled Taylor Raddysh from AHL Hartford and sent Jaroslav Chmelar down. The fourth line's been struggling, so they're looking for a spark. Through nine games this season, the Rangers' fourth line hasn't produced a single point. It's been rough since Joe Veleno got hurt. Coach Mike Sullivan's barely giving them ice time, which says a lot about their performance. That's a tough spot to be in.

Raddysh might be the answer.

He's been leading Hartford with three goals in five games. Plus, he's got a solid point-per-game pace going. Bringing in a player with that kind of momentum could really shake things up. Worth a shot, right?

Chmelar averaged just over eight minutes of ice time and struggled to make an impact. Sullivan mentioned he needs to be more assertive, but it just didn't click. Meanwhile, Raddysh brings some experience and a fresh energy they desperately need. So we'll see how Raddysh fits into the lineup this weekend against the Blue Jackets. This could be a key moment for both him and the Rangers' fourth line moving forward. Let's see if he can help turn the tide.
