Now, I've kept quiet about our next guest because there was an element of doubt as to whether he was going to be able to come here or not. And the reason, even though I took some stick for it, the reason I suggested that our timings would remain fluid was in order that we could make an addendum to the programme, which will be an extraordinary one, because I'm very pleased to say that Professor Sucharit Bhakdi is here with us. Now.

He has come here to share an announcement and he has chosen the UK Column 20th anniversary audience to do that with. He has not released this publicly before. So, what you are about to hear is of extreme significance. But I won't go on anymore, but I am very, very pleased that he is here and I would invite Sucharit to come to the stage. So, please welcome Professor Sucharit Bhakdi.

Ladies and gentlemen, dear friends, I was born after the war in Washington DC. My father was a diplomat at the Thai Embassy. In the following decades, he served as Thailand's ambassador to Switzerland, North Africa, and the Benelux countries. I spent my school years in Bern, Cairo, and Bangkok, and came to Bonn in 1963 to study medicine. I received my doctorate in 1970 After that, I began my research at the Max Planck Institute of Immunobiology in Freiburg. This was followed by work at the Institute of Medical Microbiology in Gießen, and in 1990, I became director and chair of the Institute of Medical Microbiology at the University of Mainz. My life was blessed with fortune. When I retired in 2012, all my dreams had come true. During our yearly visit to Thailand in 2019, I sat in the temple and thanked the stars for the wonderful world around me. Months later came Corona and suddenly the whole world collapsed. It mutated to a spinning disk to which people frantically clung to save themselves from being cast to their doom. How could this be happening? I started to read. Gustave Le Bon's Psychology of the Masses was a revelation. I learned that beliefs and convictions firmly imbued in the subconscious are stable while those that are not are pliable and easy to manipulate, that the world is round is imbued in our subconscious, but the basics of infectious diseases are not, and the realization dawned on me that my field was being used with malign intent. Following Le Bon's three principles, first, proclaim a fact that cannot be checked or verified. Give no reason for this fact, but repeat it perpetuously. And three, spread the fact like a contagious disease. But that was Corona.

A global agenda was obviously being willfully implemented to our downfall. As a child, I was taught that three paths lead to suffering. Average anger and ill will and belief. Three paths lead away from suffering. Sympathy, empathy, sharing joy and equanimity. My mother, herself a physician, told me, a medical doctor has a blessed profession. You will live for fellow humans. Thereby, do not forget. It is your sworn duty to help wherever you can. That was imbued in my mind and I could not sit back when Corona reared her hideous face. I stood up and acted. People ask me, have there ever been any returns? To them, I say, more than anyone could ever dream of. First, I realized that I myself had fallen prey to the predators. I had allowed them to plant their scheming thoughts in my mind. I realized to my horror that I had spent decades teaching and practicing wrong medicine. Vaccines and vaccinations stood in the center of the catastrophe. My conscience fell into turmoil, such that I had to sit down with my wife Karina and our dear friend Klaus Köhnlein to correct the mistakes. Our book appeared in German a year ago and has brought relief to my tormented conscience.

Vaccinations are there all taken good care of. The book is yet only in German, but together with you, UKC, here will be the real people's voice speaking against the talking machine of his master's voice.

Coming now to the second return. The labyrinth of friends surrounding me has vanished and been replaced by a paradisal garden. Today, we are surrounded by true friends and great humans like you.
