Hey, Pharmacy Podcast Network listeners. Welcome to episode one of a three-part series that we're doing with CurifyLabs. Today we are going to be demystifying what is, who is CurifyLabs. No stranger to the pods, Armon Asgari. I'm so glad that you're here. So glad to see you again. How are you?

I'm doing great, Todd. Thanks for having me today. I've been pretty excited about joining this for a little while. I've been watching you for some time now, so.

Well, I am excited as well because we want to demystify, I think the first question subject right out of the box is, you know, when we're talking about AI, when we're talking about new technology and innovation, when you're entering a market, sometimes you have to demystify what is not in play, and what is not, you know, with the rumors that are going out there.

And CurifyLabs with your success, you're kind of experiencing some of this too. And I just want to clear the air right out of the gate. Just give our listeners a little background on CurifyLabs and why you guys are so interested in entering the pharmacy operations market.

Yeah. So I mean, in a space where everyone's trying to be innovative and they're trying to market this cash business for their pharmacy, I think what really is going to set you apart is kind of the bones of what you're doing, right? So what CurifyLabs offers is just a full end-to-end system for your compounding lab. Now, this system is based on 3D technology. Now, it's inspired by it. It's not doing exactly what every 3D printer that you see online does. What this has done is it's curated for your compounding needs. Now, we're in the non-sterile space, hazardous, non-hazardous.

But what the system allows you to do is, honestly, just personify what you're currently trying to do with your compounding. Now, we do anything from oral compounds to, you know, suppositories, vagatories, vet compounding, but essentially, it automates the part that takes the most time. Once you have everything mixed, what this will allow you to do is, weight monitor every single dose that's going into packaging, molds, and we work with your pharmacies. So if there's stuff that you have that's proprietary or that you don't want to change up, we can utilize your formulas, we can utilize your molds.

But essentially, what it's doing is, it is dosing everything out for you.

It keeps it, keep monitored. It's going to put everything into an audit trail, which makes you USP compliant. It's probably going to go above and beyond what your current records have when it comes to registering every single dose for every single patient. And bigger than that, we wanted to create a higher quality product too. So although you don't have to use anything like our GMP manufactured bases, what we offer with those is a ready-made base approach, where you just add the pharmaceutical ingredient. You don't have to worry about flavoring. You don't have to worry about bitter blocking. All of this is there for you. Now, we also have our own validated formula. So we have an analytical lab in Finland, where we run everything. We want to make sure stability studies are there. You just jump into a formulation. We have quite a few. We have over 120, but it's a shared database for everyone. And you can choose those. They're going to have basically everything you need. The cleaning and validation reports, the dissolution studies. Everything is there for you. So if you wanted to come in and utilize our system, you would basically have everything you need.

To get started outside of the bare boats. Like, obviously, we want you to have scales and mixers before, you know, it's not a standalone product there, but it's just made to enhance what you have going on in your lab and increase output without any risk factors. You know, we don't want to make anything just because it's faster. We don't want you to have to worry about quality. It should actually be better quality, too.
