Well, hey, thanks for joining me. There is an ancient Marian prayer that goes back nearly eight centuries, a prayer that was largely forgotten until the Blessed Mother appeared at a small African village, and it asked that it be brought back to the world. And it's the Rosary of the Seven Sorrows of Mary. And Our Lady said that when you pray this prayer sincerely, when you meditate on her suffering, something begins to happen inside you.

That you recognize your sins, that you change your heart, that you find strength to begin again. And coming up in a few moments, Immaculate Ila Bargiza is gonna join me. She's a New York Times bestselling author of the book Left to Tell. She's been one of the great promoters of this devotion, and is gonna tell you why she believes Our Lady wants you praying it now. I can give you some insight onto that too. And I'd like to hear your stories too. If you are familiar with the beads of the seven stars, and you have prayed this prayer, testify to it. Let me hear how God has worked through this devotion. Look, I said a few moments ago, I pray the rosary every day. It's such a beautiful prayer. It was part of my childhood, and I've always had a deep devotion to the mother of God. I've also fell in love with the Chaplet of Divine Mercy. It's such a gift to me. And I just love that prayer so much. But here's a third prayer. My wife and I, we've been praying for an intention for a while, right? For a particular intention. I said to my wife yesterday, I said, you know, we've called upon the intercession of the saints, and we've been praying, and she's praying multiple rosaries a day, and I'm praying in the chaplet, and we're growing a mass, and we do all these things, right? We believe in the power of prayer.

I said to her the other night, I said, you know something? Tomorrow is the feast of the seven saras. It's such a powerful prayer. Remember when I was in Africa, I used to be a documentary filmmaker, and back in 1989, I had the great privilege of going to Rwanda, Africa, a little tiny landlocked country. And back in 1981, six months after the Virgin began appearing in Communist Yugoslavia, she comes to seven children under the title of the Mother of the Word, and she delivers a series of very serious messages for the world. And this is, by the way, a church-approved apparition. She asked for prayer and for penance and for fasting, and she spoke about what the world was seeing. Remember the 80s? That was a time of great materialism. She spoke of the rise of materialism. She also spoke of the rise of the loss of purity in the world. This is the advent of the internet and what it would one day unleash. She also foretold, all these things came true, right? She foretold of future events that were to come. And the visions were often accompanied by a plethora of unexplained phenomena, including solar activity and numerous occasions. The seer saw the sun dance, so did eyewitnesses that were there. We change colors and throw off all this light. I was there for the very last apparition. I remember being there in the jungles of Africa. It was 1989 And I was so new to this whole apparition stuff. I decided to do a documentary on this whole phenomena.

And I was there, and it was the Virgin the year before. It came to one of the sole remaining seers. Her name was Alfonso Imauriki. And she said, I will appear at noon. I'll appear at noon. And they all gathered at the site where the Virgin Mary first appeared. It was a Catholic school in Rwanda, in Kibeho, little tiny little village there. And I remember people from all over came. There were thousands, tens of thousands of people who walked from various places in Africa. And I was there with one of the world's most renowned Mariologists, a priest by the name of Father René Arnton. And my film crew was there. And like I said, I didn't know what was going on. I just remember Alfonso Imauriki as the 12 o'clock hour goes by, 12 o five, 12 o six, 12 o seven. We're all praying the rosary together. And all of a sudden, I see tears streaming down her eyes. I didn't know what was going on. And 12 10, 12 11, and all of a sudden, there was like a total transformation. The seer went into an ecstatic state. She went into a vision. She saw the mother of God right there before us. I was right next to her when the mother of God appeared in Kibeho, Rwanda. Tears start streaming down her eyes as she saw the Virgin Mary. I asked her later, I said, what was going on? She says, I thought I was a bad girl. And I didn't think the Virgin Mary was going to appear to me on that day. But the mother appeared to her and gave her this beautiful, beautiful message. From this site, the Virgin Mary appeared, a warning of a future horrific event. She says that the world is on the edge of catastrophe. And she called us to prayer. She says the only way is God. If you do not take refuge in God, where will you go when the fire has spread everywhere? Is one of her messages. One of the messages she told to a seer there by the name of Anathalie Mouzoul-Mazanpaka. She told her to pray because the world is in a horrible way. That people have turned from God and from love of my son. She says so many souls are running to ruin. I need your help to turn them back to my son. If you will work with me, I'll give you a mission to lead those souls back from darkness because the world is in a bad place. So if you accept this mission, you must also accept the suffering that I will send. And one of the things she gave to her was this beautiful devotion of the beads of seven saras. And you'll see this theme running through all these operations, right? There is the theme of penance and reparation and prayer, prayer of the rosary. There's a parallel to Fatima and to Akita and to so many other places. And Our Lady said, never forget to pray, right? Never forget to pray. So I just want to encourage you to do that today. I really do. I'm not here to tell you things that are gonna frighten you, but I'll tell you what the Virgin did say. She warned of sexual promiscuity and other sins in Rwanda. And she talked about, as I said, the rise of materialism. She also talked of a great punishment that was gonna come. And true to the prophecy, she appeared weeping one day. She was dressed in black to these seers. It was a vision that lasted almost eight hours that day. And on August 19th, 1982, soon after the visions began, she showed these kids a horrifying vision of the future.
