Jim Cramer (1:01)

It's Jim Cramer here. You're listening to the opening bell of CNBC Squawk on the Street. Don't miss a minute of the action.

Carl Quintanilla (1:08)

Good Monday morning. Welcome to Squawk on the Street. I'm Carl Quintanilla with Jim Cramer and David Faber at Post 9 of the New York Stock Exchange. Futures are red as we get set for a wave of Fed speak over the coming days along with PCE data. M&A beat is definitely active today. So is CEO succession, which we'll get to in a couple of minutes. Our roadmap begins with major changes in the C-suite. Oracle naming two new co-CEOs with Safra Catz moving to executive vice chair.

David Faber (1:33)

T-Mobile also naming a new chief executive that will lead that telecom giant. Outgoing CEO Mike Sievert and the new CEO, Srinagopalan is going to join us first on CNBC. That'll be just a few moments from now. And President Trump's $100,000 fee for H-1B visas is causing confusion. It is forcing big tech to scramble. Who is most exposed and what that may mean for attracting global talent to the US.?

Carl Quintanilla (2:00)

Let's get to the Oracle news this morning. Some major leadership changes. The company naming Clay Magouyrk and Mike Sicilia as co-CEOs. Current CEO Safra Catz set to become the executive vice chair of the board of directors. We mentioned Timo. We got, I think, Molson Corps is also in this front today, Jim?

Jim Cramer (2:16)

Well, I got to tell you, there's some very exciting ones because I think, whether we have Mike Cimer here, these are people who are successful, okay? This is not the kind of thing, I mean, we're gonna have to leave this. I'm not talking about Molson Corps, but Safra Catz is amazing. She did an incredible job. If you take a look at the performance, I don't even know, Dave, what's the kind of total shareholder return there? You know, I checked in with her, she just, all she says is, it's a great day. Yeah. Shout out to her. And I think that, you know how much I think she's fabulous.

David Faber (2:46)

Executive Vice Chair, kind of similar to what Siebert's gonna be doing as well at T-Mobile.

Jim Cramer (2:49)

Exactly, it's not going anywhere.

David Faber (2:50)

That said, any sense as to why now at Oracle, Jim?

Jim Cramer (2:53)

I think it's a big victory. Just a big victory, and it's time to have someone who's directly related to the cloud infrastructure and someone directly related to AI. That'd be good, Safra's from the other side of the equation, but Safra's a winner.

One of the most remarkable CEOs, just incredibly intense. By the way, worked with one of the toughest founders there is. What an achievement. I just want to say congratulations to her. She's just fabulous.

David Faber (3:19)

Yeah, I mean, one year we talked about the incredible accretion of value. Very recently, of course, stock up over 30 percent as a result of the significant increase in their backlog related to data centers, AI Cloud. Then you can look over time as well. But to your point, Larry Ellison, 81 years old, still Chief Technology Officer and still Chairman of the Board.

Jim Cramer (3:42)

He's still crushing it. Carl, when we look back at people during this year, we should be thinking about him as number one.

We have a lot of people who we think have done a great job. Well, you know what I think of Jensen Wong and what I think of Tim Cook. But this man reinvented a company on the fly with Safra Catz at the age of 79 in this idea. You know what? Maybe we ought to just pivot and just go into data center. Now, so far so good, he is the goat. He's the goat.
