Sasheer Zamata (1:08)

Hello, hello, Nicole.

Nicole Byer (1:10)

How are you?

Sasheer Zamata (1:11)

I'm good. We got dinner last night.

Nicole Byer (1:14)

Yes.

Sasheer Zamata (1:15)

We're talking about leftovers and I ate the rest of that cookie that I brought home this morning.

Nicole Byer (1:22)

Nice. It was nice.

Sasheer Zamata (1:24)

I was like, I want just a little something before I leave the house. So I ate the cookie and it was perfect.

Nicole Byer (1:29)

I want a little something.

Sasheer Zamata (1:30)

I just want a little something before.

Nicole Byer (1:33)

Wow. A sweet treat in the morning.

Sasheer Zamata (1:35)

Yeah.

Nicole Byer (1:36)

Yeah.

Sasheer Zamata (1:37)

I don't really discriminate time wise when it comes to sweet treats.

Nicole Byer (1:42)

Good to know. Good to know you don't have a bias against the sweet treat time. No prejudice here.

Sasheer Zamata (1:50)

I have a sweet treat in the morning, in the evening, even at summertime when sweet treats are on the table.

SPEAKER_4 (1:57)

It's sweet treat all the time.

Nicole Byer (1:59)

All the time. I am not a leftover girl.

Sasheer Zamata (2:05)

Yeah. You were saying that.

Nicole Byer (2:06)

I'll bring them home and then they disappear. I mean, not disappear. They're in the refrigerator and I'll open the refrigerator and I'll be like, everything but that box.

Sasheer Zamata (2:16)

Yeah. Oh, yeah.

Nicole Byer (2:18)

I don't want to reheat it. Yeah. I already ate it.

Sasheer Zamata (2:21)

I guess when I reheat leftovers, I'm like, I am the smartest person in the world. I was able to make this meal into two meals, sometimes three meals.

Nicole Byer (2:34)

Three meals?

Sasheer Zamata (2:35)

Depends on what it is.

Nicole Byer (2:37)

You little squirrel. Just saving your nuts.

Sasheer Zamata (2:41)

I'm saving my nuts.

Nicole Byer (2:43)

I accidentally, and I'm really sorry about this. So we had a pool day and oh my God, I'm getting overwhelmed.

Sasheer Zamata (2:58)

Oh, bless you.

Nicole Byer (3:01)

Some people cry when they're overwhelmed. I sneeze. Yeah.

Sasheer Zamata (3:05)

You're allergic to the emotions.

Nicole Byer (3:06)

I don't like the feeling. But there was hamburgers and hot dogs that were ordered, and hot dogs for the table were ordered, which is really funny to me because it's not like a pancake for the table.

Sasheer Zamata (3:20)

It's a singular thing.

Nicole Byer (3:21)

It's a singular thing that you usually pick up.

Sasheer Zamata (3:23)

But I think no one wanted their own hot dog, but they're like, well, hot dogs should be here. Yes.

Nicole Byer (3:29)

I was grateful because I ate a little bit of hot dog. I think you ate a little bit of hot dog. Then in my house, there was a little bit of hot dog and a little bit of, it looked like garbage. It was a little hot dog and a little French fry. Not even a full one that was mixed with the different, it was just like eight French fries, a quarter of a hot dog on the counter. I was like, well, nobody's saving this. Somebody brought the trash inside and forgot to throw it away. So I was cleaning up and I threw it away. Then as you were leaving, you were like, you threw out my hot dog. I said, how did you know? It was me, but I was like, how did you know it was me? You looked at me and you said, I know it was you. And I was like, oh my God.

And then I think you were like, can't leave anything out near you. You'll just throw it away.

And I was like, yeah, that is kind of right.

Sasheer Zamata (4:21)

I mean, yeah, it's true, which I knew I should have known, but I guess I thought that rule only applied to the living room, but I guess the kitchen counts too.
