Put the mayonnaise on one side, and the ketchup and the mustard on the other. So it's already on the bun, and then I place the over-done, the grill... It's got to be grilled, too. It's got to be charred. I like a charred wiener.

So yours is really almost like a sandwich, and I know a lot of people want to have that debate, is a hot dog a sandwich? Like, I'm not trying to do that here, but if you're putting mustard and ketchup and mayonnaise on it, it kind of feels like a sandwich.

Now, when I think of shredded cheese, I think of chili dogs. Like the chili cheese dogs. And I know it's National Hot Dog Day, but I feel like chili dogs fall into that category.
