I bet you thought I forgot about you. Well, I haven't. It's Monday. So let's meet the nation Monday on a Thursday, on a holiday week, but we're getting caught up. We're still getting caught up from the races and the travels and etc. And in all honesty, it's not really important that these come out on a certain timeframe because there's only ten left. After ten, we'll be done with them. So if you haven't done one of these, it's time to get your name in so that we can get you on here and we can keep this rolling. It's a way of getting to know each other just a little bit better so that when we see each other at races, we will have a story to tell. Speaking of races, Badger Race is still open. All the distances, but there's only four spots left in the 50K. So if you want to do 50K, you should stop waiting and sign up. The 100, there's about 100 spots left. The 100K, maybe about 30 spots left. The rest of them have lots of plenty of space. And it's going to be our biggest year in a long time. And then next year, we're going to have no tunnel or the tunnel back, which is going to get even bigger. So get in, come, run with us. You'll know all the people from these Meet the Nations and it'll be great. One other side note, I was reminded of this by our friend Chris Prairie today. If you're poor, if you don't have money, if you really, really, really want to do one of our races and you just can't afford to do it because of your situation, I don't want to know too much about your situation, but if you email me and say, I want to do your race, but there's no possible way I can afford it, I'll give you a free entry. I'll help you. This isn't your way of getting a free thing if you can afford it, but it's a way of making sure that anybody that wants to do a race, money's not standing in the way because that's not who we are as a sport. So if you fall into that category, you can always email me at tenjunkmiles.gmail.com and say, I want to do the last outstanding, but I can't afford it. I might take the money out of your winnings if you win it. So if I get an email from Mark Dottle or someone like that, just remember, I'm going to be watching you, but if you legitimately can't afford it, just let me know. There's always a couple of people every year that do it, and I really like the fact that I can give them a chance to run to do something they couldn't normally do. So there you go. Now, we're going to meet Amy Bird.
We're going to find out if she's had jokes about Nellie Furtado her whole life. I'm like a bird. I want to fly away.
What do you think? Yes? No?
I'm going to say, she's going to say it happened, but it's not a normal occasion because it's been a while. That's not a brand new song.
We'll see.
Hello? Hello, Amy?

**Amy Bird** (2:58)
Hello. Nice to talk to you.

**SPEAKER_1** (3:00)
In your whole life, how many times has anybody ever referred to you using the phrase Nellie Furtado, I'm like a bird, I want to fly away?

**Amy Bird** (3:09)
Never.

**SPEAKER_1** (3:10)
Ever?

**Amy Bird** (3:11)
No.

**SPEAKER_1** (3:13)
Do you know that song?

**Amy Bird** (3:14)
I do not.

**SPEAKER_1** (3:15)
Oh, Nellie Furtado, Bird, yeah, it's a good song. I thought you were going to say, it's happened, but it's not, you know, like all the time, but.

**Amy Bird** (3:24)
Well, I divorced the name, but I kept it. So, you know, it wasn't mine.

**SPEAKER_1** (3:29)
But how long have you been Amy Bird?

**Amy Bird** (3:33)
30 years.

**SPEAKER_1** (3:34)
Yeah, 30 years, you think it'd come up once in a while. I mean, it was-

**Amy Bird** (3:37)
No.

**SPEAKER_1** (3:38)
It was a pretty big hit. No?

**Amy Bird** (3:42)
No. Well, I'm really nervous. I told you I was nervous.

**SPEAKER_1** (3:46)
Well, there's nothing to be nervous about. So far, all we're talking about is Nelly Furtado, and you don't even know what the hell I'm talking about. It's like, why is he talking about this stupid song?
I'm like-

**Amy Bird** (3:55)
My brain is so full of songlers.

**SPEAKER_1** (3:56)
I'm like a bird.

**Amy Bird** (3:57)
And this isn't there. No.

**SPEAKER_1** (3:59)
Number nine on the US pop chart.
