Market moving insight and analysis. Join Jim Cramer, David Faber and me, Carl Quintanilla on the opening bell hour of CNBC Squawk on the Street.

David Faber (1:11)

Good Wednesday morning, welcome to Squawk on the Street. I'm David Faber with Jim Cramer. We are live from Postline at the New York Stock Exchange.

Carl Quintanilla (1:17)

Carl has the morning off.

David Faber (1:18)

Let's give you a look at Futures. You just saw them at the end of Squawk Box. There we are, set up for a higher up, and when we begin trading, one half hour from now. Our roadmap this morning, it starts with President Trump extending that ceasefire with Iran until at least the country can come up with a unified proposal, plus a new report that will be for unauthorized users to access Anthropiq's powerful new AI model, Mythos.

Well, we always talk about Anthropiq, as we need to every day. We'll certainly talk about this as well. We also have an exclusive with the CEO of Boeing. That stock is up this after the company posted a smaller than expected loss. The first quarter, certainly you have been a fan of Mr. Ortberg.

Jim Cramer (2:03)

No, I'm a huge fan.

David Faber (2:04)

Huge fan, huge fan. All right, let's start with the markets this morning, Mr. Cramer. I don't know, we're not allowed to go down anymore?

So, just up, up, up.

Jim Cramer (2:13)

Okay.

Earnings have been great, okay? The number of disappointments one hand. Other, the different areas that people are talking about are all good. David, you mentioned something, and we're gonna just have to talk about it.

David Faber (2:28)

Sure.

Jim Cramer (2:29)

There is a pulse among Anthropic, some open AI. This morning, SpaceX buying Cursor, or at least have a lease on Cursor.

David Faber (2:37)

Or a possible purchase of Cursor.

Jim Cramer (2:38)

Cursor is amazing. I can code with Cursor.

David Faber (2:40)

Yep.

Jim Cramer (2:41)

Remember coding for dummies? This is coding for super dummies who are also dead. This thing is so easy. David, I could sit down with you, and we could come up with Adobe. Oh no, Adobe, $25 billion buyback, check that. But I am saying that these are the companies, like Google has a huge meeting out in Vegas, and it's moving the stock.

And people keep recommending Seagate. There isn't a day that AMD doesn't go up.

It's like Camelot there. It's no snow in July. I mean, we are in a moment, David, where when the president says hold, we say buy.

David Faber (3:16)

Right. How long does that continue? I mean, we've got this war that may be joined again.

Jim Cramer (3:24)

May 21st.

David Faber (3:26)

I don't know. I'm just trying to understand it with the backdrop of the hostilities potentially continuing in the Mideast. Hopefully not.

Jim Cramer (3:33)

Okay, so.

David Faber (3:34)

Maybe there'll be peace talks in Pakistan to settle this thing, but maybe not. It's still not clear, right?

Jim Cramer (3:40)

Well, I mean, look, okay, so cotton's going up in price. Cotton's at a high.

David Faber (3:44)

Yeah.

Okay. That's all you got from me.

Jim Cramer (3:48)

Well, what am I supposed to say? Gasoline's not even going up. No. David, we are an energy-intensive country.

David Faber (3:54)

We are. I've been talking about a lot of the rest of the world, particularly Asia of late.

Jim Cramer (3:59)

We're not gas.

David Faber (4:00)

The Journal does a very good story today talking about how South Korea, they actually are better prepared than might have been anticipated initially, and it's going to take longer for them to run out of some of the key or really run down.
