Don't just ride the index. Seek to outperform it with FELC, the Fidelity Enhanced Large Capcore ETF. Unlike passive ETFs, FELC is run by a team of experts to adapt to market conditions and pursue upside potential wherever it's hiding. Before investing in any exchange traded fund, you should consider its investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses. Contact Fidelity for a prospectus, an offering circular, or if available, a summary prospectus containing this information. Read it carefully. While active ETFs offer the potential to outperform an index, these products may more significantly trail an index as compared with passive ETFs. Fidelity Brokerage Services LLC, member NYSC SIPC.

Market Insight and Analysis. You're listening to the opening bell of CNBC's Squawk on the Street. Good Monday morning. Welcome to Squawk on the Street. I'm David Faber with Jim Cramer. We're together and we are both live at Post 9th and New York Stock Exchange. Carl has one more morning off. I think we'll see him tomorrow. Let's give you a look at futures as we get you ready for a new week of trading. And of course, if you've been paying attention, we are looking for a significantly higher open, perhaps on some changes in possible tariff policy as April 2nd gets closer. Let's get to that and our road map. Of course, it does start with tariffs and this bounce that we're seeing broadly, and of course, in many of the tech names showing some optimism ahead of the open. Reports are that the president may hold back, at least on some tariffs next week. Tesla is also amongst the biggest movers, of course, set for a rally after what was that record ninth straight week of losses, something we've been covering closely. And China is trying to woo American business. Beijing pledging greater market access. Yes, top global CEOs gather. It's called the China Development Forum, and we've got a lot of CEOs showing up there. Jim, let's start though with the markets. Welcome back after an amazing week. Of course, it's not as though you were not, but yeah, yeah, minor surgery, doing okay. Thank you.
You had a hell of a week last week. You're back here now.
Jim Cramer (2:58)
It was a week of intimidation.
David Faber (3:01)
Intimidation. What do you mean by that?
Jim Cramer (3:03)
I'm a liberal arts person.
David Faber (3:04)
Yes, as was I, but so what?
Jim Cramer (3:07)
That has advantages. I mean, we've read Shakespeare, done studying the Bible, in English language.
David Faber (3:15)
Amongst other things, yes.
Jim Cramer (3:16)
But I had to have everything explained to me in order to be able to be in the room. But once it was explained to me, it was very clear that the bulls are right about AI, the bulls are right about the amount of money it's going to take, and the speed it's going to take. This is about need for speed now, and it's a war among Grok and Chachi PT, and existential for Google because Google Cloud has to make up for Google search.
David Faber (3:45)
So, I mean, not to cut you off, but you're a believer. The big headlines coming out of your interviews with Jensen, of his discussion on stage at the big conference, were trillion dollars in spend for 28
Jim Cramer (4:00)
They would spend five trillion if they have it.
David Faber (4:02)
And that it's 100x now, isn't times what it was even a year ago.
Jim Cramer (4:08)
And I called him out on that. I called Jensen.
David Faber (4:10)
It seems hard to imagine. But you're a believer.
Jim Cramer (4:13)
Yeah, I'm a believer because, look, when you look Jensen in the eye, and you can do that, I mean, this guy's like a for real guy. And you say, look, I don't believe any of this. Well, he just says, well, then you ought to go do more work. He does it much more politely, doesn't he? But he just then lists all the people in the thing who wants it. And then, then you go to a cold, steely realist, someone you and I have known for two generations, Michael Dell. And he says, Jim, think bigger. I'm not thinking bigger. And I said, look, I'm like the biggest thinker in the world. No, you're constrained.
