Well, thanks for joining me. It's great to be here with you today. Let's pray for our country. We're talking about patriotism, we're talking about unity in the nation. In just a moment, we're going to enter into, I believe, one of the most powerful prayer times that we can experience. I call it the Hour of Mercy. Bring your personal intentions, bring your loved ones, bring your hurting world to the foot of the cross. And I want to pray for somebody who reached out to me the other day.
And they're going through a pretty difficult time. She's gone through a lot of health conditions. And Bob, thanks for sending this intention over. I want to pray for a woman named Jeannie, who is really suffering physically. And I just want to bring her to the Lord, to this lifeline. Also somebody who just got some very negative news about a job, opportunity that they had. And they're concerned about it at this moment in time. So anyone who's looking for work or underemployed or struggling financially, I want to bring you to the Lord as well. And again, you can get in 888-914-9149.
I just want to invite you also to pray and to trust. I said this yesterday and I say it again. This is such a powerful prayer because the Lord says, through the chaplet, you'll obtain everything of what you ask is compatible with my will. So I think the Lord wants your loved one freed from that addiction. I think your loved one wants your marriage restored if it's broken. I think the Lord wants you to be in a closer union with him if you're struggling spiritually. Whether the Lord wants to heal you right now might be a cross for you to carry. But the Lord wants you to ask, right? He wants you to trust. And I believe that great things are in store for you. So let's pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy right now. And in the studio with me here, actually on set, is my colleague Christian Gawna. And Christian, it's good to have you with me. Anything you want to start us off with? Any prayer intentions that you have?

Yeah, I'll pray for my family, wife and kids, my parents, my brother.
My brother and his wife are expecting a baby. And I know they've had some difficulties in the past with miscarriages, so pray that everything goes well there. And also for a couple of friends who are going through great difficulties in their respective marriages, for the institution of marriage as well.

Thanks Drew. Our colleague Chris reached out to me with a few intentions. So he's praying for the repose of the souls of his uncle Steve, who died last month from throat cancer. Cousin Eric, who is 57, passed away from pancreatic cancer this past Sunday.
And also prayers for the repose of the soul of his mom Ruth. Today will be seven years since she passed.
