One man voted guilty. Eleven voted to let Lindsay Clancy walk away from strangling her three children. That one man is Michael.
Now the mob wants his head for it. They plan to charge Michael with the black Republican tax. The tax all black Americans are charged for not adopting the worldview of Democrats. Ray Marcel of Fugitive TV says, he talked to the lone black juror for an hour yesterday. Marcel's brought receipts, summons dated July 22nd, 2026, badge 253 matching the questionnaire, divorce filed 1st, March 3rd, 2022, counterclaim May 10th, 2022 with the same breakdown date of the September 25th, 2021
The press ran a hit piece without that context. Marcel did the work the press refused to do.

The jewelry room, I'm not sure I wasn't there, but I can tell you what he told me. He said that from day one, he said eight of them were going for Lindsay Clancy, not guilty, that was on day one. And then on, and eight were going not guilty, two were for guilty, and two didn't know, they didn't make up their mind. Now that was on day one.
He told me that the eight that on day one were going for Lindsay, not guilty. He said to him, those eight, he felt like they were activists. He felt like they were activists, is what he told me.
Jason Whitlock (1:44)
Eight for not guilty on day one, two for guilty, two undecided.
Those eight never move. Day after day, same vote, same pressure to convert the holdouts. Michael called them activists. He lived in that room. He heard the arguments. He watched the sexy, guilty vote cave at the end and leave him at 11 to one. This was not confusion. This was a campaign. When eight people decide before deliberation ends and spend every ballot trying to convert the rest, that is not a jury weighing evidence. That is a mission. Michael said he checked the box. He admitted, arrested, yes. He wrote the explanation of why he was arrested. He stood before the prosecutor, answered questions, got seated with all the jurors present.
The lie narrative collapses right there. If the court had a problem, the court could have struck him. It seeded him. So they cannot beat him on procedure. They beat him on 2021, a divorce fight from September 25th, 2021 A marriage he calls fraudulent. A wife here without legal status.
An I-130 denial letter dated April 1st, 2021 He filed for divorce first.
She counterclaimed two months later. That history did not kill three children in Duxbury. It has zero bearing on insanity at the time of the killings. Watch this.
Ray Marcel (3:16)
At the last moment, Michael said she caved in and voted with the rest.
He doesn't know if it was pressure. He's not sure. But he said he didn't care. He said he knew that she was guilty because of the evidence that he saw.
He said because of the evidence that was presented in court, he said he felt that she was not insane at the time and knew what she was doing. That is what came out of Michael's mouth on the phone and what he told me. We even talked about the water bottle, how he tied the string around the water bottle. He said he did it to set an example. He did it to set an example and show people, this is what the string was used for. Imagine the water bottle as their little necks.

Listen to that standard, evidence presented in court, not sympathy, not postpartum as automatic acquittal, not tears for the cameras. He believes she knew what she was doing. He believes she was not insane when she did it. He demonstrated the linker with a water bottle and a string to show how it works. He explained it on the record. His reward is to be called a liar in press release. Half truth or outright lie. That is his description of the other jurors talking to the media. The pattern is familiar. Leak first, smear the dissenter, drop the name on X, send creeps to prowl around his house while he is on the phone, scare his brother, scare his family, make an example. So the next juror caves early. Marcel asks, why him? Michael answered plainly. He is a black Republican with conservative values, sitting in a room heavy with Democrats. Let me go back. Let me pause here for a moment. This is what Michael has told Marcel, this interviewer.
Soon, I believe we're going to hear this from Michael's own mouth. But he says he was targeted for being a black conservative Republican. There are further rumors. Jack Posabic has posted the guy's a devout Catholic. This is a guy being persecuted over his skin color, his politics and his religion.
