Your Honor, before the court today, we have the continuation of the jury trial in the matter of commonwealth versus Lindsay Clancy. Ms. Clancy is present and she is represented by Attorney Kevin Reddington, and the Commonwealth is represented by Assistant District Attorney, Jennifer Sprague, and Assistant District Attorney, Shannon Buckingham.

All right. Thank you, Madam Clerk. Well, good morning, everyone. Nice to see everyone again. So what I want to do is just go through first, I'm going to ask you those couple of questions, make sure that everybody is able to follow my instructions. Then I'm going to go over today's schedule and maybe discuss a little bit about the week schedule. So you kind of have an idea where we're going with this. So first, let me ask those questions. Excuse me. The first question, has any member of the jury read, seen or heard anything about this case that would affect your ability to be fair and impartial as a juror in this case?
The next question, is there any other serious matter or concern bearing on your service as a juror that anybody needs to bring to my attention at this time?
Again, thank you for following those instructions. Now, the schedule that we're going to follow today is, we're going to continue with the case, with the Commonwealth's witness who was on the stand Monday. And then we're going to take today, be a little bit, might be broken up a little bit. There may be a couple of breaks that we have to take during the course of that, but we'll try and keep those to a minimum. But we'll take a break at one o'clock, and then we'll come back this afternoon, and we'll probably go to some time between three and four. All right. Hopefully, I think tomorrow will be pretty much the same schedule, tomorrow's Thursday, and then Friday, we are planning to go on that view. All right. And as a judge, I can control a lot of things, I can't control the weather. All right. And so we've checked, it looks like the weather should be fine in regards to do this, but we'll talk a little bit more about that tomorrow. But that's just in case I forget about that, that's what we're going to do. So on Friday, you may want to make sure you have a jacket with your comfortable shoes, but we'll go into that a little bit more. So that's the schedule that we anticipate for the rest of the week. So on Friday, we do the view, we'll come back, usually generally do that in the morning, and then we'll come back and we'll probably go to, again, probably around three or four if we can.
And then on Friday, I'll discuss with you the next week's schedule and kind of where we are in the timeline of this case. So I'll try and keep it up to date as best I can in regards to the case. But like I said, there may be some unanticipated breaks here and there that we're going to have to take.
So with that, we're going to return now to the Commonwealth's case. The Commonwealth had a witness on the stand at that time. So I'm going to ask Ms. Sprague if you can recall that witness, please.
