Correct.

Were you aware that she was discharged on January 5th, 2023?

Patrick Clancy (0:39)

Yes.

Did you, in fact, bring her home that day?

Patrick Clancy (0:43)

I picked her up, yeah.

Were you aware that she had a follow-up appointment with Dr. Jennifer Tufts the following day?

Patrick Clancy (0:51)

Yes.

Sir, showing you, just at nine, Cora, correct? Can you tell us a little bit about what Cora was like in January of 2023, what her interests were?

So, sir, if you could just tell us a little bit about Cora's interests at that time.

Patrick Clancy (2:28)

Cora was into princesses, and she got a lot of friends, and she just liked taking care of people.

SPEAKER_5 (2:45)

And showing to you, is Dawson correct?

Patrick Clancy (2:52)

Yes.

SPEAKER_5 (2:54)

What kind of things was Dawson interested in?

Patrick Clancy (2:59)

Using the fire fighters and trucks. And, he liked Paw Patrol.

Patrick Clancy (3:19)

Correct.

Um, do you have any stories?

Patrick Clancy (3:25)

And then, um, this show to you, it's a bit late, exhibit 12 Does this picture fairly indicate their sizes in relation to each other in January of 2023?

After Lindsay was released from McLean Hospital, was there a birthday party for Cora on January 7th, 2023?

Patrick Clancy (4:02)

Yes.

SPEAKER_5 (4:03)

And who had organized that birthday party?

Patrick Clancy (4:08)

I think we both did.

SPEAKER_5 (4:10)

And where was it?

Patrick Clancy (4:13)

It was at Nova in Plymouth.

SPEAKER_5 (4:16)

And was Lindsay present for the party?

Patrick Clancy (4:19)

Yes.

SPEAKER_5 (4:23)

And do you recall who got all the supplies and everything for the party?

Patrick Clancy (4:28)

I think Lindsay did.

And was that Cora seated in front of Lindsay while singing Happy Birthday?

Yeah.

Thirteen so far. From Cora's birthday party until January 23rd, 2023, did you check on and check in with Lindsay?

Patrick Clancy (5:42)

Every day.

SPEAKER_5 (5:43)

And how did you do that?

Patrick Clancy (5:45)

I would ask her in the morning how she's feeling, how she slept.

SPEAKER_5 (5:50)

And did she tell you that she was sleeping better?

Patrick Clancy (5:54)

Maybe a little bit better, but she's still struggling.

SPEAKER_5 (6:03)

And did you ask her during that time if she had suicidal thoughts?

Patrick Clancy (6:09)

Yeah.

SPEAKER_5 (6:10)

And what was her response?

Patrick Clancy (6:12)

She told me no.

SPEAKER_5 (6:13)

She told you what?

Patrick Clancy (6:14)

She said no.

SPEAKER_5 (6:15)

No? Did she ever tell you during that time period that she was having thoughts of harming the children?

Patrick Clancy (6:23)

No.

Did you as a family go to the Museum of Science on January 8th, 2023?

Patrick Clancy (6:32)

Yes.

Was the defendant able to participate in activities with the children while at the museum on January 8th?

Patrick Clancy (6:40)

Yes.
