President Trump confirming his administration met with Iran leadership yesterday on a new proposal from Qatar to end hostilities in the region. However, the president denying an Axios report claiming that he'd offered Tehran sanctions relief and a return for concrete steps to dissolve the nuclear program. He said on True Social, quote, I offered them nothing.

Yes, Fox Business on the latest of the war in Iran. We've been talked a whole lot about that. I want to fill you in on it. First of all, good afternoon. It's good to be with you today. I'm Drew Mariani. Hang out with me if you can. Three hours together. That's how much time we have. It'll be great. We have a lot to get into. And today I'm really looking forward to today's show. Why? Well, it's the great feast of the archangels. And I'm not even quite sure what I'm going to share with you. There's so much, not enough time. For example, let me tell you the origins of the St. Michael prayer. It's a fascinating backstory. But also St. Faustina had over said she records over 70 encounters in her diary of these angelic encounters. And she had a special connection to St. Michael. Have I got time? I'll share a little bit of that with you too. We'll talk angels stories. A friend of mine is a firefighter in Chicago. Man, he has a great tale that he once told me. And I just love this, because I personally believe I've encountered my own angel. I've met my angel, I've been sure, of notable times, but one time clearly. And I'd love to hear your stories too. We'll talk about it coming up a little bit later. Monsignor Bransfield is going to come by. He wrote a great book on the angelic. And we'll dive into all of that a little bit later. I personally kind of think that they are suffocating. I really do. Financially, they're being crippled. They kind of, they won a deal. They said they'd reopen the Straits. The president didn't capitulate to that at all. I just saw a story this morning that the Iranian supreme leader, the Ayatollah there, remember, he's been invisible. He apparently got injured in one of those bomb strikes and has been hiding. And I totally understand why he's hiding. I'd hide too, knowing the Mossad and what the USA can do to maybe take out that type of leadership role. He's been hiding, but he came out of hiding. And US and allied forces have been pushed back by Iranian fighters and warned that they're gonna soon be driven to the Arabian Sea. That's what he's saying. Oh, we've pushed back allied forces in the US and they're gonna be pushed into the sea. Let me quote him. He says, today, because of the painful blows that they have suffered at the hands of our valiant fighters and the guards of the Strait of Hormuz, they dare not advance beyond the Arabian Sea.

I just marvel at this rhetoric. Don't you, when you hear some of the stuff that they say it's very poetic, the way they talk, but it is a little insane. I mean, I'll just take a look at the news. So he said that in a message marking Iran's very sacred defense week. And he says, it won't be long before the Arabian Sea rids itself of their presence. And he claimed that the days Iranians are living in today are overflowing with progress and dignity and independence and an elevated level of reputability in the Islamic world and indeed across the globe, end of quote. So I'm not sure.

You see, Nick, I'm going to advocate for a raise for you. I really am. Nick is such a good producer. I've had a lot of producers and if my former producers are listening, this is not a diss at all. But I say to Nick all the time, he pays attention when I misspeak. I might say, oh, that was Senator Sones. That was congressman. Oh, you're right. It was congressman. You know, it's a, you know, reputability or, what did you say it was? I can't get it out of my reputability. Say that? I'd say it's the way it just comes out. He'll set me straight. Nick pays attention, many multitasks too, because he's run a lot of other things behind the scenes here, but I'm always grateful to have him on the board.
