**SPEAKER_1** (0:00)
Okay, our friends, we're back.

**Lisa Bueno** (0:04)
We took some days off because we went on vacation.

**SPEAKER_3** (0:10)
Vacation, which is a big deal for us.

**Lisa Bueno** (0:15)
We started this podcast six years ago, it's gonna be seven years ago, in August. And we-

**SPEAKER_4** (0:24)
Yeah, yeah, I know.

**SPEAKER_5** (0:26)
We've never taken a break. We've never taken time away from our podcast. We have given you a story every single day.

**Lisa Bueno** (0:35)
In fact, we've only ever given you the same, or a repeat story when we've had a medical emergency.

**SPEAKER_5** (0:44)
So, otherwise, we are here with you every single day.

**Lisa Bueno** (0:50)
But we needed to get away for a little bit, didn't we? But we're back, and we went to Disney World.

**SPEAKER_4** (0:58)
And what else did we do?

**Lisa Bueno** (1:00)
We went on a cruise.

**SPEAKER_6** (1:02)
A Disney cruise?

**Lisa Bueno** (1:03)
Yeah.

**SPEAKER_6** (1:04)
On a Disney cruise at Disney World.

**SPEAKER_4** (1:07)
We went on a Disney cruise, and we went to Disney World.

**Lisa Bueno** (1:11)
And it was wonderful, and we were away for several days.

**SPEAKER_4** (1:15)
And it was lovely.

**SPEAKER_5** (1:17)
For those of you who want to know, we highly recommend it.

**Lisa Bueno** (1:21)
But it was also the first time we've ever taken time away.

**SPEAKER_4** (1:25)
So, you're welcome, friends.

**Lisa Bueno** (1:29)
We're glad that we are back. And we will continue reading our Lego Jurassic World five-minute stories for you right now.

**SPEAKER_7** (1:38)
So buckle up, you guys.

**Lisa Bueno** (1:40)
Today's story is, let's see, how many stories have we read in this book so far? Do you know? One, two, three, four, five. This is the sixth story in the book. So today's story is called Roaring Roundup.

**SPEAKER_5** (1:53)
It's based on the story by Masiej Andrzejewskiak.

**SPEAKER_3** (1:58)
And today's story is read by Mommy and...

**Philip** (2:05)
Philip in the house.

**SPEAKER_5** (2:09)
I am glad that you are here with me today.

**Philip** (2:13)
Shall we read? Here we go.

**Lisa Bueno** (2:16)
It is a beautiful afternoon at Jurassic World, a theme park so big that it was impossible to see the whole thing in just one day. In a quiet corner of the park, a truck stopped and Owen Grady, the park's raptor trainer, stuck his head out the window.

**SPEAKER_7** (2:36)
What a beautiful day, he said. There have been no dinosaur escapes and no lost tourists and no one has tried to eat anybody.
Owen wondered how long I would stay that way.

**SPEAKER_6** (2:49)
I mean, the tourists aren't eating the food that are at the restaurants, right? So people are eating people.

**SPEAKER_5** (2:56)
Well, they're not eating people.

**SPEAKER_6** (2:58)
Yeah, I mean, the people are eating, like anybody is eating anybody.

**SPEAKER_4** (3:03)
People are eating animals or vegetables or fruit.

**SPEAKER_6** (3:09)
Yeah, I know.

**SPEAKER_5** (3:13)
Or starches or grains or mushrooms.

**SPEAKER_1** (3:16)
Yeah, those are all very good too.

**SPEAKER_6** (3:18)
Sometimes they even eat leaves.

**Philip** (3:23)
Yeah, leafy greens.

**SPEAKER_7** (3:26)
Owen and his dog Red were taking the raptors out for training, and they had found the perfect spot.

**Lisa Bueno** (3:34)
As he climbed out of his truck, Owen turned to the raptors in the back seat.

**SPEAKER_7** (3:38)
Aren't you coming?

**Lisa Bueno** (3:39)
Suddenly, a small dinosaur's head emerged, followed by a second, and then a third, and then a fourth. The raptors, Blue, Charlie, Echo, and Delta stayed inside the truck, looking around nervously.

**SPEAKER_7** (3:55)
Come on, guys. We're supposed to be practicing fetch, said Owen.

**Philip** (4:02)
Despite Owen's pleas, the dinosaurs wouldn't follow him.

**SPEAKER_7** (4:06)
They could sense that something was about to go wrong.

**Lisa Bueno** (4:09)
Philosoraptors were good with things like that.

**SPEAKER_7** (4:14)
What are you waiting for? A special invitation? Owen joked, at least I don't want to teach you how to sit. You've got that mastered.

**SPEAKER_5** (4:24)
Why do you think they won't get out?

**Lisa Bueno** (4:27)
Suddenly, the ground beneath their feet started to shake, and a huge, noisy dust cloud appeared in the distance. It was hard to tell with all the dust swirling around, but charging dinosaurs seemed to be headed their way.

**SPEAKER_7** (4:44)
Oh, no, it's a herd of Triceratops! Owen yelled, and they're coming right at us!

**Lisa Bueno** (4:51)
With no time to lose, Owen whistled at Red, and they jumped back into the truck.
But they weren't safe for long. The herd of enormous Triceratops charged right at the truck, hitting with their horns and shaking it.

**SPEAKER_4** (5:09)
They've got three horns. That's why we call them Triceratops, like a tri-angle has three points.
