Back in court today, this is following the mistrial, where there was one holdout juror, as he's been known as. He was the one that said, look, I know all of you in here are activists, but there are three dead kids over here that we should probably get some justice for.

And when you say activists, that's no joke. I mean, they've been coming out and saying, the other jurors that he's referring to have been saying, well, we've got to make this a women's issue.

We've got to blah, blah, blah, blah. Yeah, they've made it known that this is, there's a narrative here.

So today, back in court, Judge William Sullivan scheduled a hearing for November 2nd for Clancy, aka Captain Crazy Eyes and her lawyer calling a motion for an inquiry into the lone holdout juror. So instead of laying the groundwork for the next trial, the lawyers, the defense team, they're trying to go after the holdout juror now. They're trying to ruin his life.

Yeah, good luck getting somebody to serve on a jury like this when they stand their ground. When the jurors stand their ground and they, you know, have principles and all of a sudden, you're the one that's being investigated.

After you served, you did your civic duty. Please.

And not only did your civic duty, you were in there for a long time and dealt with some pretty hostile activities going on in there. And we know this because the holdout juror has been releasing statements through his agent, his lawyer, and for the first time, we've now heard the voice of the holdout juror.

Michael Desronville, I believe that's how you say his last name, finally released a statement, a video on social media, praising God and defending the children that were murdered by Lindsay Clancy.

Hi, my name is Michael Desronville, also known as the lone juror.

I know the whole focus has been on me, but we want to reel everything back and put the focus on the three angels that is at hand, the ones that can't speak for themselves, the ones that can't defend themselves, and the ones that can't fight the battles. And those are Cora, Dawson and Callan. A little bit about me. I want to thank God for my Catholic faith. I want to thank God for blessing me with the ability to love my daughter.

And I'm foremost, I would like to thank everyone, every individual that has supported me throughout this difficult situation. Your prayers, your emotional support, your psychological support is a tremendous to my heart that I feel, that I sense, that I know. I do want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you.

So that's the first time we heard from the holdout juror in the Clancy case right there.

Another high-profile case we just got a verdict on within the last hour, the Caleb Flynn case. Now you're familiar with this one, right, Nigel, the American Idol guy?

Yeah, like in 2013 or something, this guy was a singer, an American Idol, and he was accused of murdering his wife. And then staging the scene to look like an intruder did it.

Right. The judge, jury, guilty.

That was the verdict that came down within the last hour. Caleb Flynn found guilty of murdering his wife. Now throughout the course of this trial, there was a moment where clearly this isn't a funny trial, okay? We're talking about the murder of a woman here, but there was a moment where people started laughing. Take a listen to this. This was a couple days ago.
