President Trump formally requesting the Supreme Court revisit the birthright citizenship case as these billboards are popping up in Texas. Have you seen these, Hammer? These billboards, they're advocating for Mexicans to cross the border and have birth here in the United States, giving birth to somebody here in the United States, anchor babies, some people call them, some people might find that offensive, but as long as you, if you're an illegal immigrant, but you have a baby in the United States, the Supreme Court upheld the law that like that's an American citizen.

**SPEAKER_2** (0:48)
Right.
Now, a lot of these billboards that have been popping up have been pulled down, but others are popping right back up in their place. So I think there were multiple groups that were ready for this decision that had billboards all ready to go to be popped up at a moment's notice. But yeah, I mean, in theory, you could be on the opposite side of the Rio Grande, nine months pregnant. And if you feel your water break, if you can find a way to cross that river and get into the United States and drop that shorty right there, American citizen, that baby would have the same amount of rights as you and I have, as long as the woman that was nine months pregnant crossed over illegally and dropped it out right there.

**SPEAKER_1** (1:34)
Yeah, I was gone last week. There was a couple of those decisions. Now, the women, the men and women's sports thing, that was a decent decision. But this one kind of had its this was a disaster for Donald Trump.

**SPEAKER_2** (1:50)
It was. And I think Trump knew this was going to be the decision. He had been laying the groundwork to take the L on this for a while.
But the Supreme Court actually, it was a five to four vote. It was closer than people thought. And the language that they use was that the way the decision read was based on the language of how it was presented. Fancy talk for, legal stuff for. If you change the wording a little bit, maybe we can go back and revisit it. But the way that the case was presented, we have to go with what we think the law is.

**SPEAKER_1** (2:25)
So is that what Donald Trump is trying to do then? Trying to capitalize on that decision and the wording in the decision? And he wants them to go revisit this whole thing?

**SPEAKER_2** (2:36)
Now, keep in mind, the Supreme Court has not revisited a situation like that since, I believe, the late 60s. So good luck with that. I'm not optimistic it's going to happen, but it was five to four. It was closer than a lot of people thought. And of course, Roberts sided with the Libs and Amy Coney Barrett sided with the Libs.
More legal stuff. Mexican president, Claudia Scheinbaum, pursuing legal action against the United States because ICE shot and killed a Mexican illegal alien who rammed the ICE agent to death in a vehicle. Nearly rammed an ICE agent to death in a vehicle. So you've got an illegal from Mexico using a car as a weapon.

**SPEAKER_1** (3:27)
Sounds familiar.

**SPEAKER_2** (3:27)
Trying to ram and ultimately kill perhaps an ICE agent.
And now the Mexican president wants to sue the United States because their criminals crossing our border are trying to harm our law enforcement. And if they take anything in return, their feelings are hurt.

**SPEAKER_1** (3:45)
Good luck with that.

**SPEAKER_2** (3:46)
Yeah, that's not going to happen.
