Mr. Attorney General of Indiana, Todd Rakita, do us the honors of kicking off this Monday edition of Legal Staff! Legal Staff!

**Todd Rakita** (0:12)
Crime! Punishment!

**SPEAKER_1** (0:14)
Judges! Legal Staff! Legal Staff!

**Todd Rakita** (0:21)
So think about some of the events that have taken place on the lawn of the White House. Remember during the Biden presidency, they had a big meeting of like topless trannies out there?

**SPEAKER_1** (0:33)
Oh, yeah. And you're not exaggerating.

**Todd Rakita** (0:35)
No, that took place. Pictures exist.

**SPEAKER_1** (0:38)
On the front lawn there of a man with boobs taking off his top.

**Todd Rakita** (0:44)
Correct.

**SPEAKER_1** (0:45)
And sure, just just one example.

**Todd Rakita** (0:47)
So that took place, right? I guess that was OK. But trying to do a UFC fight on the lawn of the White House, that requires litigation. Two Virginia residents are trying to put the UFC event, the Freedom 250, kind of in the rear view mirror, citing that the White House did not do the proper paperwork.
And they filed a National Park Service and Department of the Interior injunction to try to stop the upcoming UFC fight at the White House.

**SPEAKER_1** (1:22)
Is that right? The White House did not cross the T's and dot the I's, basically. Is that what they're trying to pull here?

**Todd Rakita** (1:28)
They argue the White House South Lawn and the nearby federal property are subject to strict rules that prohibit commercial structures and private sporting events without environmental review and congressional support. The lawsuit argues the UFC event is really just a private for-profit sporting event for the UFC, rather than a legitimate government-ran celebration of the country.

**SPEAKER_1** (1:57)
Do we really believe this lawsuit is going to work? Do we really believe that the UFC is not going to have this event on the front lawn? I don't see it at all, yeah.

**Todd Rakita** (2:08)
I mean, the president, if he wants to, can just sign an executive order stating that we're doing this.

**SPEAKER_1** (2:16)
Yeah, I don't see any merit to this in any way, shape, or form whatsoever. These are Trump haters, I'm sure.

**Todd Rakita** (2:24)
Now, these two Virginia residents, topless transgender individuals on the lawn of the White House, that's fine, but a fight, that's where we draw the line. Okay.

**SPEAKER_1** (2:37)
Or an Easter Bunny scaring the poop out of our 46 president.

**Todd Rakita** (2:45)
Bossing him around, like grabbing him, telling him where to go. President Easter Bunny was calling the shots at one point.

**SPEAKER_1** (2:52)
Oh man, that is so bad.
