The Hammer and Nigel presents.
It depends upon what the meaning of the word is. Is this anything? All right, let's rock and roll.
SPEAKER_2 (0:16)
Is this anything is brought to you by Indiana Unclaimed, a program presented by the Attorney General's Office here in Indiana. Todd Rakita, the Attorney General's Office, uniting Hoosiers with over one million dollars in unclaimed property every single week. It's fast. It's easy. It's free. Indiana unclaimed dot gov. Guy Relford is in for Nigel today. So I'm going to run these stories by Guy. He's going to break down all of the information and use his legal background as somebody that's actually passed the bar exam to give you a verdict. Is it anything or not? And we'll start with this. Is this anything? A new documentary is said to have proof that the famous Bigfoot image from the 60s is a complete fraud. Now, we've all seen that Bigfoot image. If you're watching on the YouTube chat, it looks like this, right? Like the Sasquatch, you know, like in the furry suit, kind of looking at the camera with his hands and legs somewhat spread apart.
Some new documentary says that it's been proven that it's all crap.
The new series Capturing Bigfoot is going to be on Amazon Prime. Here's a little bit from the trailer.
Guy Relford (1:34)
This is going to change everything. My dad, he was hunting for Bigfoot.
SPEAKER_4 (1:39)
We have an expedition forming right now.
Guy Relford (1:42)
It's a wild story.
SPEAKER_1 (1:43)
This image has become as legendary as the footage of the first moon landing.
Guy Relford (1:48)
This is a story about money and greed.
SPEAKER_1 (1:52)
Was this all a fraud? I just want the truth knowing that it was a fake.
Guy Relford (1:56)
Everyone close to us felt it's damaged their lives.
SPEAKER_4 (2:00)
My mom disowned me. What would it take for you to accept the truth?
It would have to be something major.
SPEAKER_2 (2:11)
Was that anything?
Guy Relford (2:12)
No. And you know why it's not? I mean, what are they going to come out with next? The Loch Ness Monster isn't really real. Oh, my God. News at 11 I mean, come on. Bigfoot? No. I mean, you know what? If there were a Bigfoot out there, would it have been found by now? Would it have been confirmed, documented? You know, absolute proof? Yes, it would have happened. No, I don't think this is real at all. Now, on the other hand, extraterrestrials? Okay, we know they're real.
But other than that, these urban myths like Loch Ness Monster, Bigfoot, no.
I think most people don't think they're real. And the fact they're coming out and saying, what we already knew, it's not real, is not a big deal.
SPEAKER_2 (2:56)
Allison, do you like a good doc when you're watching shows on streaming, whether it's Netflix or Amazon Prime or whatever it is? Do you like a good documentary?
Allison (3:05)
I do, especially when they're kind of ridiculous.
So I have a feeling I would be into this one. That kind of makes me sad, though, because the family who claim they saw Bigfoot, I mean, just let them have it, you know?
SPEAKER_2 (3:20)
Now, if you're going to be running a fraud campaign for a long, long time, I mean, that's a slippery slope to become in the leering center, is it not?
Allison (3:29)
Well, are they making money off of it? Or they just, you know?
SPEAKER_2 (3:31)
Oh, they've got to be making money. I bet they've got some sort of copyright or merch on that stupid silhouette of the Bigfoot walking through the forest. If they didn't, then they're stupid, and they deserve to not make any money.
Allison (3:43)
I think you doing that pose should be the next Hammer Nigel T-shirt. There you go.
Guy Relford (3:47)
I just want to know if it's going to allow the price of beef jerky to come down.
SPEAKER_2 (3:51)
Oh, yes.
Have you used that Sasquatch soap? Like there's a brand of Sasquatch soap for dudes.
Guy Relford (3:59)
Mr. Squatch or some. Yeah. Yes, like that. Yeah, I almost gust.
I almost let one go there.
SPEAKER_2 (4:07)
Is this anything? A couple in Idaho were on their way to their wedding, but a highway closure nearly derailed their big day. Thankfully, two strangers stepped in to make sure they got to the ceremony on time. The groom hopped on some dude's small dirt bike, and the woman hopped on some dude's ATV, and they gave them a ride around all the construction to get to their destination.
Eric and Kayla were their names. They had to take a 16-mile off-road detour. Their hair was a little messed up, but they made it on time.
