The Hammer and Nigel Presents is...
Allison (0:06)
It depends upon what the meaning of the word is.
Nigel (0:10)
Is this anything?
Allison (0:13)
Alright, let's rock and roll.
Nigel (0:15)
Brought to you by Indiana Unclaimed. It's a program presented by the Attorney General's Office here in Indiana, reuniting Hoosiers with over one million dollars in unclaimed property every single week, fast, easy, and free to search at indianunclaimed.gov.
Hammer (0:34)
Now, before we get into this, I have to ask you a question.
Nigel (0:36)
Okay.
Hammer (0:37)
And I don't know why this is bothering me or why it's making me laugh, but I'm wearing a white shirt today. If you're watching the YouTube stream, I've got a white collared shirt on today.
Nigel (0:48)
Yes.
Hammer (0:49)
Somebody in the YouTube chat said, this is the exact same shirt Han Solo wore when he was frozen in carbonite. Is this a Han Solo shirt, Nigel?
Am I wearing the Han Solo frozen in carbonite shirt?
Nigel (1:07)
Pretty much.
Hammer (1:08)
That's it.
Nigel (1:10)
You just look like you got out of carbonite. Wow.
Yeah, that's it. That's the face like like if you're watching on the YouTube right now, that was the face that he made. I love you. I know.
Hammer (1:23)
Such a power move by Han Solo.
Nigel (1:25)
I know.
Hammer (1:26)
Right.
Nigel (1:26)
Yeah. As he's going down to be frozen in carbonite.
Hammer (1:30)
Like when I get that response to the coupon lady, she'll then follow it up with an expletive rant.
But Han Solo does it and he looks cool. But is this the frozen in carbonite shirt?
Nigel (1:40)
That is funny.
Hammer (1:41)
Allison, is this the Han Solo shirt?
Allison (1:44)
I did Google it and I can confirm, I think so.
Hammer (1:47)
OK, does it work? I mean, am I all right?
Allison (1:49)
I think it's OK, though.
Hammer (1:50)
OK.
Allison (1:51)
There's a lot less things to be concerned about than looking like Harrison Ford.
Hammer (1:55)
Right. I'll take that.
Allison (1:56)
Yeah.
Hammer (1:57)
Harrison Ford, even now. What is he like, 90? I'd love to look like Harrison Ford when I got 90
Nigel (2:01)
Crashed a couple planes in his lifetime. Sure.
Hammer (2:04)
I think he's still hooking up with Ally McBeal. They're living out in Wyoming somewhere.
Nigel (2:08)
That stupid earring in his left ear.
Hammer (2:11)
Yeah, I never did the earring thing. My ears were too big. I didn't need any more attention brought to them.
When they get called Dumbo at a free throw line, the last thing you want is more attention to your ears.
Nigel (2:22)
The only time I've ever felt sorry for Hammer is when he told me that story as a young child at the free throw line.
Hammer (2:30)
Claudia in the YouTube chat. Well, it looks better than Matt's smedium that you had on, which I put in the Matt Baer Traffic Center.
Nigel (2:40)
It's back in there.
Hammer (2:41)
All right, let's get into it. Is this anything? Bill Murray has suited back up as his original Ghostbusters character for a new commercial. He pulls up to a house in a Rivian with the Ghostbusters logo on the side and lures the green Slimer out to be captured. Hi, got an order for a Hawaiian pizza. I think you said something about no onions. Let's go to dinner. It's a little chunky.
Had a little bit of an appetite, did we?
Night night.
Nigel (3:22)
All right, I got it. Is this anything?
Boy, Bill Murray getting back in the Ghostbusters costume for a commercial, a Rivian? You seen those vehicles out there? I don't know. When I was a kid, there's no way like a star of his magnitude would have ever been caught dead doing commercials in the first place. Now you see big named movie stars doing commercials and hosting game shows. Like I don't see like Harrison Ford or Jack Nicholson doing, you know, coffee commercials and stuff like that. You know what I mean? Like, you know, like Jamie Foxx.
Hammer (4:08)
I'd love to see Jack Nicholson's coffee commercial. I said, decaf, you stupid son of a.
Nigel (4:16)
But like Jamie Foxx, for God's sake, it's an Oscar winner. I think he won for Ray, right, for his portrayal of Ray Charles.
Hammer (4:25)
Yeah.
Nigel (4:25)
And now he's he's hosted the Shazam.
Or no, is that Shaq? I don't know, but he's hosting a game show. Like, you're not you're not watching Leo host Family Feud. No, is what I'm saying.
Hammer (4:39)
And I don't see Tom Cruise doing a commercial for Dunkin Donuts.
