Andrew Tate's lawyers just told a federal judge in Miami, the $50 million yacht was fake.
Not a blogger, not a hater, his own legal team. In a 28 page filing, they said the Aston Martin was rented. They said the Bugattis were rented. They said the yacht does not belong to the Tates.
They got paid to pose on it. They said it in court because they needed to look poor enough to get out of jail.
They did not post this to the fans. They filed it in Miami where Andrew and Chistan Tate sit in federal custody fighting extradition to the United Kingdom. The government called them a flight risk. Eight passports, the yacht, the cars, the whole Top G cartoon. The lawyers answered, do not take the post seriously. They called the flex theatrical. They called it satire, hyperbole and promotion. They told the judge, the more outlandish the post, the more income. They said they were playing a role. This is that fire. Grab your Bible.
Follow the transaction. The Bugatti was not a trophy. The Bugatti was bait. The yacht was not a lifestyle. The yacht was a commercial. They were paid to shoot. A boy in his bedroom was the customer. August, 2023, Fearless. I said it on the record. Play the clip. Everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie. Everything. This man is, fits the entire profile of a pimp. And he calls himself a pimp.
Everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie. I said it off gut. Off the Tucker Carlson sit down, off the Candace Owens sit down, off the research other men had already done. I said he fits the entire profile of a pimp. I said he calls himself a pimp. I said he was teaching boys how to be one and dressing it up as masculinity after the law put hands on him. Conservative media wanted a martyr. Matrix, masculinity, persecuted, truth teller. I asked a simple question then, and I will ask it again now.
What's in it for us? Not for him, for us. A man who flees one country's heat, sets up in another, brags about the lifestyle, then cries persecution when the warrant follows him is not a profit. That man is a salesman who got caught with the product on camera.
Common Sense Skeptic, group out of Canada, sat on this show and said the quiet part with a tape measure. Take a listen.

He's using the profiles and the websites to project himself as someone who has unlimited wealth and therefore someone you need to follow when all of the wealth that he is portraying is actually rented. So it really comes down to, would you follow this guy if he had no money?
And I think 99% of people wouldn't and you'd have to be a pretty lost soul to be in that other 1%.

The wealth on the timeline was rented and we were saying it years ago. The mansion was a renovated warehouse at the end of a dead-end street across a swamp from the airport. Six or $700,000 of building, the Guardian called it a run-down meat factory. Black paint, red neon, strip club lighting sold as a villain lair.
Romanian seizures, cars, watches, some Bitcoin, 15 properties totaling about $2 million. Combined, the brothers were being discussed in the neighborhood of $10 million, not the cartoon. Andrew had already said on tape he did not own the cars, a trust, a percentage of a company, access to a Bugatti he did not own. I played that in 2023
Yesterday, his lawyers told a Miami judge, the $2.1 million Aston Martin was rented, the pair Bugattis, $12 million on the hood, rented, the $50 million yacht, not theirs, they received payment to promote the ship. That is not new information. That is notarized information. A man does not accidentally rent a personality. A man who rents the personality is in business. New Year's 2025 I read his race post out loud. This is something he posted on Twitter. Here's what he wrote. Let me read it for you. The real red pill about race that nobody ever says. White people are doomed to fail because they're the only race that cares what women think and say. Wife says no more babies, one is enough, and a white man agrees. His bloodline ends because of a female's convenience. A black man simply goes and does someone else. White men will never win because they're the only race women can control. Every white woman alive fantasized about a black man. The winning races ignore what women think completely, and use them for children only. Have endless kids. Do not talk to me very much. I am busy with the guys. Do not shoot the messenger.
