Well, first of all, tell me a little bit about yourself and where you are in the world and what you're doing because you've been certainly studying creatine for quite some time now.

**Darren Candow** (5:18)
Yeah, actually, I'm in British Columbia, Canada right now, but my university is in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, a couple of provinces over.
And God, I guess I've been doing this now for two decades. And I think creatine has kind of taken on a new life of its own. We'll probably talk about why that is and why it's probably not just for athletes anymore. I think everybody on the planet could at least consider it. So lots to talk about and I think it's more the health aspect. So very excited.

And first of all, what inspired you to begin focusing on creatine? Because that's quite niche. There's only, I would say, if we look in the literature, maybe there's, and correct me, 10 people, that 10 or maybe 15 if we were lucky, that truly look at creatine and its impact on muscle, brain, bone, etc.
