Mr. I'm Sorry. In case you didn't know, there is someone by that name. Are you ready, Mr. I'm Sorry? Okay. So everyone makes mistakes.
And in the picture, we can see one such mistake being made. Mr. Alligator is in the bathtub, relaxing with his bubbles. And the penguin has broken a hole through...

He's probably pretending to be an army man in like a toy plane. And then he landed the plane and he's like, coming onto the roof and then jumped off and clicked on his parachute but then fell into someone else's roof.

**Lisa Bueno** (1:38)
Yep. The penguin has parachuted through his ceiling. And Mr. Gator is quite surprised to see the penguin parachuting through his ceiling.

In this picture, we see an elephant crashing into a little mouse. They're both driving very fancy cars. Or small. In this picture, we can see a tiny little kitty cat, and she is knocked over a beautiful Grecian urn at a museum. And when you've made a mistake that has hurt someone or some thing, the right thing to do is apologize. We can see that the little cat who knocked over the urn has done so despite it saying, Do not touch! Uh-oh. Apologizing can be hard, especially if the other person is mad. Here we see some meerkats playing pin the tail on the donkey, but they've taped the donkey to a giant rhinoceros, who does not look happy to have a bunch of tails pinned into his behind. I wouldn't be happy either.
Or, if it's someone you don't like, in this picture, we can see a little kitten who has dropped his kite on the next door neighbor, who happens to be a very large, angry looking bulldog. Yikes! But it is important to apologize anyway, even if that person owes you an apology too. And in the picture, we can see, it looks like they're at a school for bugs. And there's a bumblebee and a fly, and they are both asking for class president votes. And they're both making posters about themselves, but also making posters about the person that they are in competition with. The bee has a poster that says, Fly smells like garbage.

And the fly has a post that says, Bee stands for brainless. Vote for fly. He's your guy.
Oh dear. Which one do you think is more convincing? I don't know. I never like people who attack another person instead of just explain to us why we should vote for you.

I don't like either one of them, but I feel like the bee one is a little bit more convincing. Yeah. But I don't like flies, so.

**Lisa Bueno** (4:29)
I don't like flies either.
But you got to give everybody equal opportunities. You got to give them a chance, you know? If it weren't for flies, the whole world would be covered in poop.

**Philip** (4:42)
Gross. Yeah.

**Lisa Bueno** (4:44)
Your apology can be simple. Tell the other person you are sorry for what you did. For example, in this picture, we can see a giraffe who is leaning over and talking to a little worm, and he says, I'm sorry, I borrowed your socks without permission.
Don't make excuses. And we see two different examples here. Okay. We see a hippopotamus who's been roller skating, and he has knocked into a puppy dog who has been painting.

And in the first scenario, the hippopotamus says, I'm usually much more careful, but I had an itch on my knee, and a mosquito flew down my throat, and I was trying to avoid a dangerous looking crack in the sidewalk. And if your ladder wasn't taking up so much space, I wouldn't have bumped into it.
