Hello, my name is Brian McClay. I'm president of the Golden Pursuit Resources, which trades on the Trout Venture Exchange. GDP is a symbol. We're a junior mining company focused on development of a portfolio of properties we acquired and own 100% of in the Northwest Territories that has been subject to an 80-year exploration history.

We own the total district. It's approximately 41 kilometers by 3.5 kilometers. There's six historical mines.

The district was historically suffered from fragmented ownership and probably inconsistent exploration strategies. And now all that ownership is under one roof, and it's basically royalty-free, debt-free. We own it 100 percent, and we've been actively exploring there for the last... aggressively exploring for the last three or four years. And we're waiting for the next stage. We think the keys to discovery there are geophysics, and also we have a much high-graded mineralization that identified many historic drill intersections. There's been an extensive geological mapping and sampling. It might be worth spending a bit of time just to explain who you are, where you've been, and what's put you in the position to get after Gordon Lake. So I know there's a big portfolio, and we'll perhaps kind of park up the Nevada component till the end, because I think it's... Gordon Lake seems to be the big opportunity here in the Northwest Territory. So who are you? Where have you been? What have you done?

Well, the bad news, I'm 80 years old. The good news, I'm still alive and kicking. So in that 80 years, I've been active in the mining industry. I started working the underground of mine when I was 15 years old in the Dolly Barton mine.

Prior to that, I worked as a bull cook. My dad was a mine manager, and he got me a job at my Washington Copper. So I was 15 years old, making beds, peeling carrots, grunting. I was a gopher. And since then, I've been a diamond drill contractor, a prospector. I've sold well over 100 mining properties in my life.

I've been an open mining contractor, an underground mining contractor, and I've been running a junior mining company the last 30 years. Main focus was Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines. I ran it for 22 years as a president. And that was Barkerville Mine. That's now one of the largest mines in Canada under development. We owned that for 25 years old. It's just a small company and low gold prices during that era that couldn't maintain it. I've worked in Russia for six years. I had spectacular portfolio properties over there. We had 12 properties, 11 of which are major mines today. But we won the battle, lost the war. Putin got involved, dismantled in 2000, dismantled the structure of Russia back to Moscow.

And then I acquired a major Mali property in Nevada. That was the main focus, which triggered a hostile takeover of the company and a very extensive political spearman campaign that gave them control. There was a Chinese industrialist that I didn't get along with, who got control of the company and they got control. I drilled that property every year for about five or six years. They never drilled another inch. The property went down to a half a cent. That's from, I had it at $2.00. I just ruined the company and I slid. Since then, it's been acquired. They just did a $19 million financing. US has been acquired by a US listed company. So it's a tall without pity, but so it's onward and upward. So then I acquired this opportunity. It's a very compelling story. I put together, I was prime, I'm a mining entrepreneur. I put together the Beasley story, the Beasley Silver. I identified that and put that together.

I've shared an office. I've been involved in several. I've worked on several big mines. My dad was the founding director of Highmont at one point. It was the largest mining company in Canada. I worked on that for about four or five years. I've shared an office with Tommy McKay, who founded the Eskie Deposit. My dad was the founding director of Eskie. I worked on that. So it's by far one of the richest and best mines in Canada ever. So I've had exposure to lots of good mines.

Okay. So we're going to talk today about the practices that you picked up at Gordon Lake, right? So let's start with the obvious. How did you pick these up? These are a lot of historic operations, mines, some big names have owned these, some of this land package.
