My name is Dr. Rebecca Hunter with Geiger Energy and president and CEO.

And we, I have a junior exploration company in uranium, and our primary focus is the Thelon Basin. Looking for kind of unconformity type uranium, big, high grade, big scale uranium in our Thelon Basin.

SPEAKER_2 (0:20)

Great to have you back on. It's been far too long and saw the trail shots coming out, so it's quite keen to talk to you.

Why don't we start with reminding us, can you give us a bit of a clue that reminded us exactly what is the thesis about what you think you've got and how you go about proving that up?

Rebecca Hunter (0:38)

So we feel that we're a first mover in the Thelon Basin. So we're looking for those high grade, large tonnage uranium deposits, just like the Athabasca Basin. And the Athabasca Basin has tons of great real estate, but there's this whole basin up in Nunavut that has barely been explored.

And I've also worked in this basin for many years. So I started with Cameco when they were up here back in the last cycle, when everyone was excited for uranium back then. So the overall thesis here is that we've got a whole district here. It's not only a great district that can host these types of deposits and the scale of deposits, but they're also, because it's such an underexplored area, a lot of what we can find is very shallow. And so, and then the shallower it is, the easier it is to mine. And that's what we want to bring to the table.

SPEAKER_2 (1:32)

Okay. So, I mean, big picture-wise, that tells us something about intent. But in terms of the data that you had, when you decided to kind of pick up the land package you're going to be talking about today, what data were you looking at specifically?

Rebecca Hunter (1:46)

So this summer, I mean, the whole land package is perspective. But this summer, there's a whole trend that we hadn't been able to follow up until this year. And so the big thesis this year was to kind of chase, it's called the Andrew Lake Fault, but it's a northeast trending fault that actually runs through all of Orano's deposits that are the historic resource that's already on the property.

And so this year, at the end of the summer though, because we were testing Loki and Tatiggaq, we were testing these other areas, we did get to some of our best targets on that trend. And so it was about making discovery along that trend and testing those targets.

SPEAKER_2 (2:29)

Okay, but I think we are going to talk today about Apollo and Fox. What is it about these discoveries, or I think we are calling them discoveries, that kind of currently give you, I guess, the strongest evidence of a significant deposit there, you know, and we are kind of in a couple of holes in, but what do you think, what are your thoughts?

Rebecca Hunter (2:50)

Yeah, well, it's exciting about this, and I think what I would like to get across to the market is that these are the first discoveries that have been made since basically Tatiggaq and Qavik. So that was made in the last cycle, 2010 and 2009, and that's when I was with Cameco.

SPEAKER_2 (3:08)

And for folks who maybe don't know those names, what do they represent?

Rebecca Hunter (3:13)

Those are discoveries and small mineral, like mineralization resource. Well, I don't have resources yet, but they're little deposits that Cameco found when I was there back in 2009

SPEAKER_2 (3:29)

Right.

Rebecca Hunter (3:29)

And so, they're pounds in the ground that Geiger has, that we acquired when we acquired the whole, like the land package that we have now.

SPEAKER_2 (3:38)

Okay. So, that's getting you excited, just in terms of trying to get investors excited, and your shareholders excited.

Can we start with Fox, potentially? Do you think that seems to have a stronger mineralization compared to Apollo? Is that right?

Rebecca Hunter (3:57)

Yeah. So, again, like, we have this whole trend, this northeast trend, that all the around deposits sit on are through. And so, Fox and Apollo were additional anomalies that are basically, you know, when we test these things, we use gravity, we want to hit structures, because that's where these deposits are along. So, Fox was a really key, nice little 1.3-kilometer gravity anomaly right on that fault zone on our property, just a couple of kilometers south in the actual Orano property. And so, I've had my eye actually on these targets for several years, but it's just because of, you know, logistics, you know, we have mineralization at Tatiggaq, so that's our historic stuff, and we have Loki lighting up, and we have all these targets that are a bit closer to our infrastructure. We stayed there, you know, because we're trying to conserve money. We'll like spend money the most wisely we can. But at the end of this summer, we had about three weeks left, and I wanted to finally get to those targets. And so, Fox, we basically moved the drill. We have two drills, and we moved Loki's drill down to Apollo, and Tatiggaq's drill down to Fox. And so, and what's exciting about Fox is that we hit a week-elevated uranium right off the hop. Like, as the second that we, the drill got under the overburden, it started to be elevated up to 100 counts. And I know that, you know, in general, that's not high-grade mineralization, but that is significant smoke.
