**Nick** (0:04)
Welcome everyone to our show. That was Friday the 7th of August.
**David** (0:08)
Big show.
**Susie O'Neill** (0:10)
Sorry, it looks like I'm doing jazz hands, but I've got a thing for the other podcast. Through Locky.
**Nick** (0:17)
Chaotic show today actually because we had Pat Carrigan join us and he gave Susie a little foot rub.
**Susie O'Neill** (0:24)
How was that on?
**David Lutteral** (0:25)
I don't know what to say about that.
**Susie O'Neill** (0:27)
It was quite intimate.
I didn't want to be... Susie's feet. I didn't want to be disrespectful to Patty because he's a proper physio almost. I don't want to make fun of that.
**SPEAKER_7** (0:39)
Yeah, but it was still good.
**David Lutteral** (0:40)
It was a good sport.
**Susie O'Neill** (0:41)
But I wanted him to touch my feet.
**SPEAKER_7** (0:43)
Yeah, you said he had strong hands.
**David Lutteral** (0:44)
The sexual tension is undeniable.
**Susie O'Neill** (0:46)
It's just there.
**David Lutteral** (0:47)
I think we can all admit I went to a happier place for about a minute and a half.
**Susie O'Neill** (0:51)
I got excited.
**Nick** (0:51)
I had to stay sitting down, David.
**Susie O'Neill** (0:53)
For Pat to...
**David Lutteral** (0:53)
You could see you're excited.
**Susie O'Neill** (0:55)
Pat would be disgusted at that.
**Nick** (0:58)
Well, we also are switching gears. We also get some British backpackers on, and I have a race today in the show, guys. So you'll hear that.
**Susie O'Neill** (1:04)
You're busy.
**Nick** (1:05)
Yeah, busy day.
**David Lutteral** (1:05)
Enjoy it.
**Susie O'Neill** (1:13)
How's the US, Luttsy?
**David Lutteral** (1:15)
It's good. There's been a fire in Eugene somewhere, not in Eugene, in Portland or north of Portland. So what's happening is, all of a sudden yesterday, I was just having a beer behind the grandstand at the stadium, at the athletics, and all of a sudden, I started seeing people with bloody COVID masks again.
**Susie O'Neill** (1:31)
I went, what's going on here?
**David Lutteral** (1:32)
And then one of the athletes, well, actually your coach, Nick, Danny Williams, our 800 meter superstar in the under 20s over here, is going to give you some advice before your big run.
He walked up, he didn't have a mask on. I said, what's going on? And he's like, what's going on with the masks? And he went, oh, check this out. And he went to like some app on the phone I didn't know existed. I presume it's the health app that we were looking at the other day around our steps. And it said the air quality is at 220, which is bad. Apparently it's supposed to be 40 because of smoke inhalation.
**Ash** (2:06)
Oh, you can check air quality?
**David Lutteral** (2:08)
It looks hazy. I can't say I noticed it, but I guess if you're running at 5,000 meters, you want to be aware of it, you know?
**Susie O'Neill** (2:13)
Oh yeah, geez, it would be hard when you're running. I remember the back of the day when I used to go swimming training and parents still smoked.
**David Lutteral** (2:19)
On the side of the pool?
**Susie O'Neill** (2:20)
On the side of the pool, and you could be swimming, training and some parents, you could smell cigarette smoke from a mile away. I mean, not very many parents, but it must be annoying.
**Nick** (2:29)
Back then, they were allowed to sort of do it wherever.
**Susie O'Neill** (2:30)
You could smoke wherever. I mean, it was an outdoor pool. I remember you could just smoke wherever.
**David Lutteral** (2:34)
You could smoke inside. Remember, inside nightclubs, you could smell the smoke.
**Nick** (2:39)
It would just carry that smell.
**David Lutteral** (2:41)
You'd come home, and back in the days, and I had a lot of hair. Like, hair would stink. It did.
I'd give anything to smell that in my hair again.
**Nick** (2:49)
Just to have those luscious locks.
**David Lutteral** (2:50)
Just to run my fingers through it.
**Danny Williams** (2:52)
Just smell the witty red nicotine.
**Nick** (2:54)
Yeah.
**Susie O'Neill** (2:54)
That's a good thought, isn't it? Running your hands through Luttsy's hair.
**Nick** (2:57)
Oh, yeah. Now it would just be scalp.
**SPEAKER_12** (3:07)
Who's Up by Cirque du Soleil is now playing in Brisbane. Book today.
**SPEAKER_1** (3:16)
Nick, Luttsy & Susie O'Neill's See It To Believe It.
**Nick** (3:21)
Cirque du Soleil, Susie.
**Susie O'Neill** (3:23)
Or Cirque du Soleil.
So each week, we've been watching a performer. And how we react, sorry, I'm emotional. Is it the last day of this?
**Nick** (3:32)
Yeah, you love the circus.
**Susie O'Neill** (3:33)
Yeah, you get emotional. How we react, people have to guess, whether it's Cirque du Soleil or Cirque du Soleil.
