Welcome to the show, Tuesday, 28th of July.

**Luttsy** (0:07)
Good one today.

**Nick** (0:09)
Yeah. I reckon we'll have to tell them if it's a bad one.

**Susie O'Neill** (0:12)
Shit one today, guys.

**Nick** (0:13)
Obviously not.

**Luttsy** (0:14)
But, um, um, um...

**Susie O'Neill** (0:17)
Will Anderson. Will Anderson, thank you.

**Nick** (0:19)
And a great Irish tale.

**Luttsy** (0:21)
A fine Irish tale.

**Susie O'Neill** (0:23)
That's a good story.

**Luttsy** (0:24)
It spans the generations.

**Nick** (0:26)
It's such an Irish story, isn't it?

**Susie O'Neill** (0:27)
Yeah.

**Luttsy** (0:28)
Pretty much only happened in Ireland.

**Susie O'Neill** (0:29)
Yeah.

**Susie O'Neill** (0:29)
There's a lot of Irish things, like Irish sort of folk tales. What do they call? Oh, wives tales.

**Susie O'Neill** (0:35)
Yeah, but that's... Well, I don't know whether it's real or not.

**Susie O'Neill** (0:36)
Superstition or whatever.

**Luttsy** (0:38)
You'd be the judge. Apparently, it did happen.

**Susie O'Neill** (0:40)
I believe it. But because, you know, they say never put your shoes on a table. That's an Irish thing. It means you're going to die.

**Luttsy** (0:46)
Is that right?

**Nick** (0:47)
It's like walk under a ladder. Is that an Irish thing too? Like never walk under a ladder?

**Will Anderson** (0:50)
I don't know if that is.

**Luttsy** (0:51)
Irish, but it's a thing.

**Will Anderson** (0:52)
But yeah.

**Susie O'Neill** (0:52)
Never use someone else's cane.

**Nick** (0:56)
Have you ever come across a cane nowadays?

**Susie O'Neill** (0:59)
I did the other day.

**Nick** (1:00)
Did you?

**Susie O'Neill** (1:01)
I threw them in the bin. Whose cane did you throw? It's a long story.

**Nick** (1:06)
Who was whipping you?

**Luttsy** (1:11)
Oh, you mean that song.

**Susie O'Neill** (1:12)
The Flogger.

**Will Anderson** (1:14)
The Flogger.

**Nick** (1:17)
Cliff, release the Flogger.

**Luttsy** (1:20)
Release the Flogger.

**Will Anderson** (1:22)
I'm not trying that, am I?

**Nick** (1:24)
Enjoy the show.

**Susie O'Neill** (1:26)
No.

**Nick** (1:32)
Yesterday, post-show guys, you guys were lucky enough. You were so nice enough to hook me up to go work at Coles.

**Susie O'Neill** (1:38)
Well, it was because you... I don't want to paraphrase what you said.

**Nick** (1:42)
Yeah, please don't. I've already had...

**Susie O'Neill** (1:44)
Do you want a Luttsy? It's been a hard...

**Luttsy** (1:46)
Yeah, he said that shelf stackers and supermarkets are lazy and tardy.

**Susie O'Neill** (1:54)
Oh, whoa! Is that the word? Tardy? Tardy.

**Nick** (1:57)
I'll get ahead of this.

**Susie O'Neill** (1:58)
They don't put any effort into their packing.

**Nick** (1:59)
You were showing us that stacker who...

**Susie O'Neill** (2:02)
Nigel from Ormeo.

**Nick** (2:03)
Who was very neat and tardy. He's gone viral.

**Susie O'Neill** (2:05)
OCD. I loved it.

**Nick** (2:07)
And all I said... Well, yeah, because if you were working at one of those places, you wouldn't really care. You just chuck them in. The attention to detail is not there. A lady called up and said, yo, we're under a time constraint. Like, how dare you? I had people message me.
Did you? Yeah, I went into Coles.

**Luttsy** (2:22)
Text line went nuts.

**Nick** (2:23)
Yeah, it was wild. I went into Coles at New Farm yesterday and jeez, they saw me coming. Amber was there, the store manager. She had me a shirt, a hat and a name badge.

**Luttsy** (2:32)
Oh, you had a name badge?

**Nick** (2:33)
Yeah, Nick, frozen goods specialist. A job they made just for me.

**Susie O'Neill** (2:37)
It didn't say on your back. Nick, the one from the radio, who bagged some bucket-wokers.

**Susie O'Neill** (2:41)
I was getting some dirty eyes. Yeah, yeah.

**Nick** (2:44)
I tuck my shirt in. I went in there. There's going to be a video we're going to be posting on our socials, Nick, Luttsy, Susie, right now. But we went in there and they put me in. They said the frozen goods is the hardest because it's cold. So your hands get cold and you can't wear gloves.

**SPEAKER_8** (2:57)
Why can't you wear gloves?

**Susie O'Neill** (2:58)
I don't know.

**Nick** (2:59)
I asked that and they just said, no gloves. No gloves. No gloves for you.

**Susie O'Neill** (3:02)
No gloves for you, Nick. Everyone else does.

**Nick** (3:04)
And they bring these big boxes in and you've got to get through a full box, which might have, I don't know, 40 things of frozen peas in it in one minute to get those out and put it in and stack it neatly and move the old ones to the front and then put the new ones behind them.
It was quite difficult. We've got a bit of audio here. This is a little bit of a montage of how it all went. Hi, I'm Nick. I work at Coles and New Farm and I'm here to stack some shelves.
