**David Lutteral** (0:05)
Welcome to the show, Monday the 10th of August.
**Susie O'Neill** (0:09)
Ah, fun show today.
**David Lutteral** (0:10)
What was good fun?
**Susie O'Neill** (0:10)
A lot of bubbler chat, and some wee chat.
**Kip Wightman** (0:14)
Yeah, which Susie was not impressed about.
**Susie O'Neill** (0:18)
I wasn't really, because...
**David Lutteral** (0:19)
Distance herself from those comments.
**Susie O'Neill** (0:21)
I feel like about, well, when I was a sumo, I was in my 20s. And yes, I used to wee a lot in the pool.
**Kip Wightman** (0:26)
You've evolved.
**SPEAKER_6** (0:26)
Yes, we all did.
**Susie O'Neill** (0:27)
Now I'm 52, 53 Shit.
**David Lutteral** (0:30)
Oh, jeez.
**Susie O'Neill** (0:31)
Different time. I feel like...
**David Lutteral** (0:32)
You can still talk about that stuff.
**Susie O'Neill** (0:33)
It's human, though.
**SPEAKER_8** (0:34)
You're relatable.
**Susie O'Neill** (0:35)
Yeah, but I don't do that anymore. I'm really actually against it.
**David Lutteral** (0:38)
You're against that world.
**Ash Bradnam** (0:38)
Well, if you do do it, you don't mean to do it.
**David Lutteral** (0:40)
Yeah, it's just, it's that bad pelvic floor.
**Susie O'Neill** (0:43)
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
**David Lutteral** (0:44)
Exactly. You haven't done your Kegels.
**Susie O'Neill** (0:46)
Exactly. My pelvic floor is getting heaps better, though. That's good. I've really been working on it.
**David Lutteral** (0:51)
My physio actually told me to do some pelvic floor stuff. It's even good for just general exercise.
**SPEAKER_6** (0:55)
You've always got to do it as well.
**David Lutteral** (0:56)
Yeah, I didn't realize. He said, Luttsy, the feeling you need to feel is nuts to guts.
**SPEAKER_6** (1:00)
Yeah.
**David Lutteral** (1:01)
You feel like you've got to suck your nuts in. Oh, yeah. God. Feel that now?
**Ash Bradnam** (1:05)
I'm just trying it, yeah.
**Susie O'Neill** (1:07)
Pretending I've got nuts. It's the same feeling.
**David Lutteral** (1:08)
It is, yeah. It feels really, it's actually quite hard to hold it. We're all holding it.
**Susie O'Neill** (1:14)
I can't hold quite holding it.
**Ash Bradnam** (1:15)
Makes you perineum quite rigid.
**Kip Wightman** (1:16)
Doesn't it just? Yeah, this is.
**Susie O'Neill** (1:18)
Oh, I can't. It's leaving. Oh, it's gone.
**SPEAKER_5** (1:20)
Oh, it's gone. My move. Oh, great.
**David Lutteral** (1:22)
I think you held yours the longest, Susie.
**Ash Bradnam** (1:23)
Piss in the studio.
**Susie O'Neill** (1:25)
No.
**David Lutteral** (1:25)
Ash, can we get a towel?
**SPEAKER_5** (1:27)
No, I didn't wee here. It just leaked everywhere.
**Susie O'Neill** (1:29)
My public floor disengaged.
**Ash Bradnam** (1:32)
I know. I know what you mean.
**Kip Wightman** (1:34)
Anyway, enjoy the show.
**David Lutteral** (1:41)
Off to a bad start, Susie. The coffee machine in here is broken. Oh, dear.
And then, David, I had to turn it on. It wasn't turned on, which takes 25 minutes to fire up. Once it was finally fired up, I put my coffee thing in, pressed the button, spurts everywhere. Went all over me, all over the bench, all over the coffee machine. So annoying. I just, you know, I had no time to clean it. Then we were coming on air.
**Susie O'Neill** (2:03)
How can we make it better?
**Kip Wightman** (2:04)
I don't know what to do apart from get takeaway coffee. I don't know how to make that better.
That's really real in the morning.
**SPEAKER_5** (2:11)
Yeah.
**Susie O'Neill** (2:11)
Have you had a coffee yet today?
**SPEAKER_5** (2:12)
No.
**David Lutteral** (2:13)
No. I was relying on our machine because you get one pre-work.
**Susie O'Neill** (2:17)
Yeah. I went swimming this morning actually. I will want to mention that because I feel proud of myself.
**David Lutteral** (2:21)
Yeah.
**Susie O'Neill** (2:22)
I have one in the pool. Thank you. I got one on the way in the pool.
**David Lutteral** (2:26)
Producer Ash and Lockie actually sometimes, they get one pre-show, so they're all caffeinated.
**SPEAKER_15** (2:31)
I bought one for Lockie this morning.
**SPEAKER_6** (2:34)
Oh my God.
**David Lutteral** (2:35)
There you go.
**Kip Wightman** (2:35)
A kind act.
**Susie O'Neill** (2:36)
Really?
**David Lutteral** (2:37)
So nice. Can you start adding me to that now?
**Kip Wightman** (2:40)
Can you come in?
**David Lutteral** (2:41)
I can have a coffee.
**SPEAKER_15** (2:43)
No.
**David Lutteral** (2:44)
Sorry.
**SPEAKER_14** (2:44)
Just one.
**Susie O'Neill** (2:45)
Imagine if you bought a shad of coffees now. It's like a shad of spirits.
**SPEAKER_15** (2:50)
It really is.
**SPEAKER_14** (2:51)
It's like $30 to get four small coffees.
**Susie O'Neill** (2:53)
Cliff and I bought two coffees on the weekend at a place. $18.
**SPEAKER_15** (2:58)
Just two?
**Susie O'Neill** (2:59)
That's ridiculous.
Well, they were large, but we had... I have soy milk and Cliff has almond or oat. I can't remember which one. We were shocked.
