All right, you guys, it's going to be kind of a hybrid show. This is a setback to start line slash long run with Sara Davidson. Sara was introduced to me by Sophie Seidel, who is a former guest, and she had had a root tear as well. She referred me to this Sara because she's had two of them, and she did hundreds and two hundreds in between the first one and the second one. So she's had the same injury as me, and then went on to run 100 milers. Chris Lupke, I think we have your attention. But I wanted to learn more about her injury, her recovery from injury, the things that they're doing to help with their recovery from injury. It's all information that's relevant to anybody that has a knee injury, knee replacement, meniscus injury, stuff like that. And then also, she's someone that's done maybe 10, 1500 milers, she's done a handful of 200 milers. She basically won the Oregon 200, but they canceled it at mile 180 when she was in the lead. So she's someone that has a lot of experience in the sport and a lot of good information. So this is kind of both. I also want to, yeah, I always do this when I do these shows. I shout out to not sponsors, but people that have been helping me with my recovery. These are the products I use and the people that have helped.
Trail Toes, Cream, which I use for all my chafing needs, Path Projects, which is the clothing that I like to wear, UCAN, the hydration and nutrition products that I use, Mount to Coast Shoes, and of course Rush Orthopedics PT, Michael Tullman. Without them, I wouldn't be running. So they haven't given me any money or anything. I just like to shout out them because everything I'm doing, I'm doing with them and because of them. So I appreciate them. And I guess now we're, oh, and by the way, you got a little bit of time left to sign up for the Badger. We have almost 200, 100 milers, 100ks almost sold off, 50ks sold out. So there's, but there's some races left. There's some spots if you want them. It's the biggest Badger ever, biggest Badger 100 ever. I think we're at like 530 or so people registered in all of races plus a few more that are coming. So come, it's the last time we're going to have to have no tunnel too. So if you like that no tunnel course, this is your last opportunity, but enough of that. Let's call Sara Davidson, find out what she's all about.
It's fun when I get these two or someone says, so and so is interesting. You have a lot to talk about and I don't really know much about her at all. I just kind of looked at her ultrasound up and fired up. You know.
