Okay, our friends, so today we are going to read a book that has not one, not two, but three stories in it. And so we shall read them one each day, because why not? Today's story book is called Fox, Fox and More, Fox, which if you are in the mood for foxes, this is the story for you. You're going to love this story because we've got lots of foxes in it. Well, really just one fox, but wait until you see what he does. Today's story was written by Corey R. Taber and illustrated by him as well. So beautiful art, my friends. My Philip?
My dream has come true, you guys. I get my Philip with me for a story and nothing could make me happier. Are you ready?

**Philip** (1:16)
Yep.

**Lisa Bueno** (1:17)
Okay. When we open the book, we can see the fox has a book in front of him, and the book has some foldout pages, and the pages are folded out, and we can see why they are folded out. It has a massive orange striped tiger.
I wish I were a tiger, says fox.

**Philip** (1:43)
Tigers are big.
Tigers are fast. Tigers are sneaky.

**Lisa Bueno** (1:53)
Hmm. All of those things are true. Tigers are the best, he thinks, and he's even put a little metal that says the best around the tiger in his mind, because he must really like them that much.
Fox has an idea. And now, some ideas are very smart. Some ideas can be very silly. Let's see what his idea is. We see he's holding up a paintbrush, and he's taken black paint and covered himself in the black paint with stripes.
And he's looking in the mirror, checking out his artwork, and he seems quite pleased. There. Now, I am a tiger, says Tiger. Tiger goes for a prowl. He's no longer Fox. He is Tiger. Hello, Fox, says Turtle.

**Philip** (2:58)
I am not Fox.

**Lisa Bueno** (3:01)
I am Tiger, says Tiger.

**SPEAKER_2** (3:06)
I prowl and growl.

**Lisa Bueno** (3:11)
And now Turtle has an idea. Wait here, says Turtle, and he walks off. And so Tiger waits. And while Tiger is waiting, and I mean, he is waiting for a long time. Here comes the snail who passes him by, and you know how slow snails go. And even the rabbit has come up and kind of been on the lookout with him, wondering what's going to happen.
Hi, Turtle, says Tiger, because Turtle has come back. Hi, Turtle, says Rabbit, who has joined Tiger.

**SPEAKER_5** (3:48)
I am not Turtle. I am Race Car.

**Lisa Bueno** (3:59)
Says Race Car.

**SPEAKER_5** (4:01)
I zip and zoom.

**Lisa Bueno** (4:07)
Do you think he does, though? It's really, the Turtle has just put number four on him and some racing stripes. Now Rabbit has an idea.
Wait here, says Rabbit. Tiger waits.

**Philip** (4:20)
Race Car waits too.

**Lisa Bueno** (4:25)
Hi Rabbit, says Tiger. Hi Rabbit, says Race Car.

**Philip** (4:33)
I am not Rabbit.

**SPEAKER_2** (4:35)
I am Robot, says Robot.

**SPEAKER_6** (4:39)
I beep boop boop.

**Lisa Bueno** (4:42)
Tiger prowls and growls. Race Car zips and zooms, and Robot beep boop boops.

**SPEAKER_6** (4:52)
Drip, drop, drip, drop.

**Lisa Bueno** (4:57)
It starts to rain. Soon, Turtle is Turtle, and Rabbit is Rabbit, and Fox is Fox. You see, the water has rinsed away the face paint from Turtle, and squished the box that was on Rabbit's head that made him look like a robot, and even the black paint that was all over Fox has gone away.
Oh, well, says Turtle. Oh, well, says Rabbit, and they go in from the rain. Boo-hoo, says Fox.

**Philip** (5:40)
Fox is wet.

**Lisa Bueno** (5:41)
Fox is sad.

**Philip** (5:43)
Fox is Fox.
Squirrel, foxes are big, foxes are fast, foxes are sneaky, foxes are the best. Yes, says Turtle, foxes are the best.

**Lisa Bueno** (6:08)
Oh, now Squirrel thinks that the fox is everything wonderful, huh? And Fox smiles because Fox is glad to be a fox. And even at the very end, we can see the Squirrel pretending that he's a fox. He's put some paint all over himself to make sure that he looks like a nice red fox. And that is the end of the first story. And I want to say something that's very important to you.
