Fallout From Supreme Court Ruling

We were just talking with Tony Kennet a moment ago about some of these big decisions that came from the Supreme Court. Jerry, let me ask you this. Amy Coney Barrett, she's taken a lot of heat, a lot of shrapnel from the conservative base, sides with the liberals a lot, seems like she votes with Contangi Brown Jackson more than she does with Alito.
For everything she brought to the abortion ban debate, do you feel like Republicans have given the opportunity would have a do over and replace Amy Coney Barrett?

Maybe, but my problem is, it's never going to be a perfect Republican.
The problem, if you want to call it a problem, the Republicans, we don't do group think. We don't support each other's ideals no matter what. Right? So, you know, we can agree on two or three things. Maybe we disagree on abortion. We don't support each other. The left is a great job at supporting everybody's victimization. I've said it yesterday.

Yeah, yeah. The gays for Palestine will support everything that's on the left.

The Socialists, the Communists, and the folks that are mild-mannered Clinton Democrats.

And abortion at birth are all, they will all support each other's things no matter what.
That's the difference we have on the conservative side. I don't agree with this. I am a child of immigrants. You should be here on legal status. America is the greatest country in the world. You should prove you want to be here. Be here on legal status, then you're a legal citizen. You should not be able to, this is literally anchor babies. This is, if you're pregnant and you come here and you can dump one off, you have an American citizen now. And guess what the left media is gonna go? They're splitting up families.

Right. Kids in cages, even though Obama and Biden invented, Created it, the whole thing. Kids in cages. Yes, last night.

This is a law. If we don't fix this, the United States of America will cease to exist. I promise that much.

Trump's main advisor, Stephen Miller, last night went on with our pal, Jesse Waters on Fox News and had some thoughts on the big birthright citizenship decision from the Supreme Court.

There is no possible reading of 14th Amendment that applies to foreigners with foreign loyalties, foreign citizenship, foreign obligations, foreign everything. And here's another point. Here's a pretty good clue, your constitutional interpretation is wrong.
If your ruling requires you to suicide your civilization, your reading of the Constitution is wrong.

Okay. So liberal buddy of mine kind of got into a debate with me last night.
And tell me if he makes a good point. If you're going to be a staunch to a supporter, and I am, and the line says shall not be infringed. That's what it says. That's what was written.
When you look at the 14th Amendment as it's written, how can you go against it? If you're okay with the way it's written in the Second Amendment, how can you go against it? If it's written that way in the 14th Amendment?

Yeah, listen, record this right now.
You got me there. You got me there. But this is the greatest country in the world. It is one-way traffic. People are not rafting from here to Cuba. You've never caught one blue-haired Karen trying to make it to Venezuela.
Everybody is coming here. If you want to be part of this country, you have to pay your dues, man. Listen, if you're an American citizen and you want to wave a Mexican flag, I think you should lose your citizenship. Go back to Mexico, then. This is America, man.

And none of this would really be that big of a deal if the Republicans could pass the SAVE Act.

If the country could. All of us. I don't care who you vote for. Just be a legal voting American citizen. That's who I fought for. With proof. That's which is not an issue. Whether you're black, Asian, Indian, Cuban descent, show your ID. I can vote here. Why are any of us arguing about this at all?

I'm willing to bet all these people complaining about voter ID.
Sometimes you can't get to the license branch. If you told them, hey, I'm going to gift you a years free stay on the Hawaiian Island Resort of your choice. All you got to do is go to the license branch and fly out there and do it somehow some way. They'd find that ID Jerry.
