**Brace Belden** (0:01)
Hey, Elliot Roger here. I'm up in the hills in Montecito right now.

**Yung Chomsky** (0:07)
It's truly a beautiful day.

**Brace Belden** (0:11)
But, as I've always said, a beautiful environment is the darkest hell if you have to experience it all alone. And sadly, I've been alone for a very long time. And my problem is girls.
Welcome, listeners. To guide you on this journey, my name is Brace Belden.

**Yung Chomsky** (1:05)
I'm producer Yung Chomsky.

**Brace Belden** (1:07)
And this is the True Anon podcast. We're back. Soundbath.
Yeah, we're taking a soundbath.

**Yung Chomsky** (1:13)
The True Anon soundbath experience.

**Brace Belden** (1:16)
You should just do like little like beads behind when we're talking and all that kind of shit. Yeah, I mean, what is ambient music, but a soundbath of sorts. That's true. That's a real nap style experience. Yeah. I've been to one soundbath in my life in Grace Cathedral. Grace Cathedral, yes. I was out like a light.
They have little like beanbags or like mats, or you have to bring your own. It was a mat. I can't remember if I had to bring my own or they had them. That's why at the ambient church, which is like a cool series, you sit in the pew and it's so uncomfortable. Oh, God. So that you stay awake for the boring ass. That's why they're always trying to pray at church and shit, so you get your ass on the fucking ground. Ambient church rocks though.

**Yung Chomsky** (1:54)
Now reflections.

**Brace Belden** (1:54)
Try regular church, brother.

**Yung Chomsky** (1:56)
Yeah.

**Brace Belden** (1:57)
It's less ambient. Yeah. If I would go to church, if this was the sermon and it's a fucking Moog modular. Well, speaking of going to church, please do that instead of listening to this episode. This episode is going to taint. It's going to be a really depressing episode.

**Yung Chomsky** (2:14)
Remember that kind of fell off.

**Brace Belden** (2:16)
Yeah.

**Yung Chomsky** (2:17)
Yeah.

**Brace Belden** (2:17)
That was your fixation for a while. Well, because I know Hoseier. I kick it with Hoseier. No, Hoseier does live here. Oh, really? I found out. But Hoseier is Irish, right?
I thought he was Australian. Is there Australian one?

**Yung Chomsky** (2:30)
I think he's Irish.

**Brace Belden** (2:32)
Dude, cause I was at something and someone was like, oh yeah, I was just with Hoseier. Huh? Hoseier. I wouldn't know what he looks like. It was like, not like a famous person I was talking to. It was like a random person that was like a friend of a friend of Brooklyn. He was like, no, there's Hoseier. There's Hoseier.
There'd be no Hoseier in this episode. Well, not, yeah, it is a, this is going to be a depressing one.
And so if you, well, I don't know, depressing. I think it's an interesting one, but there's a more talking about some shootings and some massacres and some young people. And it's just not, so if you can't handle that kind of thing, then don't listen to it. In fact, listen to anything else.

**Yung Chomsky** (3:10)
TW.

**Brace Belden** (3:11)
Yeah, it's a little bit of a trigger warning right here up top. And, oh no, I'm not gonna say that. Well, anyways, Liz, we've got a hell of an episode for you. We are back, and you should listen to this right now.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back. We have with us here in the studio, Ali Winston, investigative reporter, recently promoted to captain in the Shamrim.

**Yung Chomsky** (3:49)
It was a big deal.

**Brace Belden** (3:50)
And I know, a lot of us are very proud of you. And we are here to do, maybe our most depressing episode to date. It's not gonna be a happy one.

**Yung Chomsky** (4:00)
No, no, this is the extremism angles. This is the extremism stuff that they give a lot of federal money to us for. No, it's just, this is the stuff that gets pushed under the rug way too often. And it should stay there, unfortunately.

**Brace Belden** (4:16)
So, a few weeks ago, on May 18th, just before noon, two gunmen attacked the Islamic Center of San Diego mosque. The gunmen's names were Kane Clark, he was age 17, and Caleb Vasquez, age Vasquez, I don't know why I say it like that, Vasquez, age 18
You saw the video.

**Yung Chomsky** (4:36)
Yeah.

**Brace Belden** (4:38)
I feel like it's pretty typical of these sort of attacks. Guns with writing in white out on them.
I think the only thing that really stood out was that there was two gunmen instead of the usual one.
