Do you believe these characters?

Nigel (0:02)

They're weirdos. So let's rock!

The band is back together. My name is Nigel. Jason Hammer is here. Allison, our producer, French from Scotland is back, and we have some national, and we have some local legal stuff.

SPEAKER_4 (0:23)

Legal stuff.

Tony Kennett (0:24)

Crime.

SPEAKER_6 (0:26)

Punishment.

SPEAKER_7 (0:27)

Judges.

Tony Kennett (0:29)

Legal stuff.

Nigel (0:30)

Legal stuff. Thank you, Mr. Attorney General. Hammer, I'm pleased to announce ICE has confirmed to Fox News they've made 426 arrests of illegal aliens in their recent sweep here in the operation focused on the Indy Metro area.

Jason Hammer (0:48)

And when you look at the rap sheet of some of these folks taken into custody here, just the worst of the worst. Sex crimes, assault and battery, domestic assault, drug trafficking, assault with a dangerous weapon, weapons crimes, fraud, identity theft, burglary, property damage, driving while intoxicated, public order crimes, and more.

Nigel (1:14)

You could go on, and more, and more.

Jason Hammer (1:18)

426 arrests were made in that five-day ice sweep where, boy, some of your favorite tax-raising Democrats and your city county council really had their feelings hurt that we wanted people that were convicted of sex crimes and assault and battery off the streets.

Nigel (1:35)

You know what I say? Well, bye.

Exactly, as the tombstone guy did.

Jason Hammer (1:44)

Exactly.

ICE released the statement, quote, Over the course of this five-day operation, ICE officers, in coordination with state and local law enforcement partners, arrested 426 illegal offenders across Indiana, including individuals with criminal histories involving sex crimes, assault, weapons. It goes on and on. We just laid it all out. The statement goes on to read, This operation underscores the fact that when law enforcement agencies cooperate, the American people are safer. We thank our state and local partners for their support and continued commitment to protecting communities across Indiana and the nation.

Nigel (2:26)

I love that we're cooperating with ICE because it's not that way in every city, especially blue Democrat cities. And Joe Hogsett's fainting outrage, like you said, like you just alluded to. Everybody well, nobody told me about the ICE raids going on in this city. Nobody alerted me. What would you have done?

Jason Hammer (2:49)

They wanted the raids to happen, Joe. That's why they didn't alert you. That's why they didn't alert Ryan Mears. The cooperation they're talking about here was between law enforcement.

Nigel (3:00)

Oh, those rap sheets.

Those lists of just awful crimes that you rattled off makes me shiver. Like those people wandering around here illegally. They shouldn't be here in the first place.

Jason Hammer (3:14)

Right.

Nigel (3:15)

And it's thank God for ICE. Thank God. I'll say it right here. Thank you, God, for ICE.

Jason Hammer (3:23)

And imagine the outrage of your favorite Democrat and the city county council here in Indianapolis and Marion County being upset about this. But they're perfectly fine with the regular crime that takes place every single night in Indy, the black on black crime or the other assaults and rapes and the narcotics dealing and human trafficking that takes place every single night here. They're fine with that. But if you're illegal, here come the tears. Here come the crocodile tears from Jesse Brown. Here come the crocodile tears from old tax raisin Evans and tax raising Mascari. They're posting things on social media. You know, these are your rights. This is how you talk to an ICE agent.

Well, how about you help out this city all the time? You're an elected official on the council. I know it might interfere with your tax raising agenda, but if you're going to give us some crocodile tears for the folks that are here illegally, can we get some for the folks that are here legally breaking the law?

I don't see any outrage there. You guys are just fine with that. But heaven forbid ICE comes in and arrested illegal. Now you're sharing bullcrap on social media. This is how you should respond to ICE. Yeah, well, you shouldn't have raised our wheel tax 400 percent. Kick rocks.

Nigel (4:47)

You want to know how to respond to ICE?

Comply. That's the word I have for you. If you're here illegally and you find somebody in uniform or with a vest that says ICE, and they have something pointed at you, whether it's a gun or they have you cornered, I would comply. That's how you respond to ICE. You don't get in your car and, you know, put the pedal to the metal and try to get away. That's how you get yourself killed.
