Curing disease, bringing drugs to market, into a global society that is growing, right? We're constantly getting more people onto this earth, and the time they are addressing, we have more obese people, we have more people with diabetes, right? So I can easily envision them being bigger than NVIDIA down the road.

**Jadu Set** (0:20)
What's up, everybody? It's all Jadu Set here, and welcome to Milk Road AI, the near daily AI podcast that learns a lot from these presentations, but also hopes there isn't a quiz after. Today is June 3rd, 2026, recording on June 29th. One of the biggest narratives right now is the rotation to health care away from the AI bottleneck stocks. And this is largely based on one simple thesis that our analysts at Milk Road also believe that the application of AI will soon start to outperform the actual build out. On today's show, Vincent is going to walk me through the bull case for Eli Lilly, one of the biggest healthier companies in the world that is making buckets of cash on their GLP-1 drugs and is also incredibly well positioned in their AI efforts. They have even built their own data center for just their use, and they believe that they will have AI generated drugs within the next few years. Yes, I'm serious. An effort that's driving Vincent and a few others to think that this company is bound to reprice violently. Before we get into it, we made 12 trades last week. Yes, really our analysts bought Eli Lilly and others in the healthcare space as well as software, and yeah, more bottleneck stocks. And this is all after buying Micron, Nebius and Bloom Energy earlier this year. They are not done. If you want to see what they're buying next, you can do it for just a dollar in Milk Road Pro at the link below. Today's episode is brought to you by BitGet, Stocks 2 with real liquidity, real dividends. Vincent, we skipped last week. We did not do a one-on-one episode. We're featuring Melvin.
Melvin was a star last week, but now you're back to tell us about a pick that we've heard from Kyle.
We have heard rumors about and it is something that you've just bought. Eli Lilly is the latest addition to your AI portfolio.

**Vincent** (1:51)
Rumors are saying that Kyle has the idea from me, but anyways, just kidding, just kidding.
Let me guys give you the top-down 10 seconds teases on it. Eli Lilly is obviously one of the biggest, it's actually the biggest pharma company in the world, and they're really strongly focusing on weight loss and diabetes drugs. To me, the teases is AI, and that's why the name got focus of mine and attention of mine. And my thesis is that they are sitting on part of the medicine that can actually be redesigned and improved over time by AI. And for that, you need the data, the cash flow and the manufacturing scale to actually be able to use AI and build better versions of that medicine over time. And that's why I like Eli Lilly.

**Jadu Set** (2:54)
So you're telling me this is similar to Kyle, that it's like they are very well positioned to leverage AI for a lot of the stuff that we've been promised in healthcare, right? Because I've been hearing this for months from a lot of the futurists that we have on the show, that it's like, listen, like all these diseases, healthcare problems, all this different stuff, AI is going to help us erase those, cure a lot of those diseases. And you're telling me that, you guys are telling me that Eli Lilly is well positioned for that. Before we get in to Invinci, let's very quickly look at some of their information. So these guys now over a trillion dollar market cap, I believe as well, the latest member of the trillion dollar club and their annual revenue around 65 billion and earnings from that about around 22
So and a huge rise this past year, they're up 2x in the 52 week range. So that's pretty significant, but obviously similar maybe to a lot of other AI stocks, still a lot of room to run. So I'll let you, and you've prepared a fantastic presentation for us today again, so I'll let you kind of run with it.

**Vincent** (3:52)
Yeah. So Eli Lilly is a really complicated story, I would say, and I tried to simplify it, but they're like very, like there's so many different pieces to the story that we need to run through. Yeah. So it's not as simple as, hey, AI will just lead to better drugs. There are just many more things to the name. But yeah, let's jump into it and break it down. So top down, stocks like Micron, Bloom Energy, everything that's kind of connected to phase one, the compute side of things worked really well, right? And I just from a kind of portfolio management, risk reward perspective, want to shift a bit of that portfolio, bit of my capital into basically the phase two, which is the ROIC return on capital invested phase.
