Yeah, because my husband so sweetly was like, honey, I understand that you are obsessed with productivity, and if you are not moving, you are failing. So why don't you just try when you wake up in the morning, instead of bolting up right out of bed and starting to do stuff, just like lay there. You don't have to go back to sleep. You just lay there. And I just thought it was such a sweet take.
And I did that this morning.

How was your night last night? Judson, I also recorded yestarday afternoon. So we've not been apart that long.

Um, it was like, it was, I'll forget about it. Like I will eventually forget it.

Yeah, I'll forget about it. Like I went and got my hair cut. I got my nails done, bada-bing, bada-boom. And then my husband and I had dinner and like watched TV.

Also not exactly like Pride because Toby and I were the only homosexuals in attendance. Well, so it was eight adults and nine children. So I can't really speak for the children in terms of where they stand on any spectrum.

I will tell you that already the pronouns are all over the place. But anyway, Love. Lovely dinner party. But as I was saying to Judson when he arrived this morning, I think this podcast is making me gayer.

And which is, I love and appreciate about the podcast is that I have become so much more aware of and immersed in what is happening in gay culture. Same, same, same, same. Reading books, watching movies, watching shows, following comedians, like all of that. And I love it, you know, all of this in pursuit of either getting to know our guests better before they come or thinking about, you know, potential guests.
But I just, for the first time, I really felt the contrast. And these are people I love and adore. And I really do have a great time with them. And last night was a lot of fun. But I just felt a little bit of a wall up for the first time. And I was so aware of being the gay one in the room. Now, maybe partially that was because I chose last night not to drink and everybody else was. My husband is known for his margaritas, which he makes entirely from scratch. He squeezes the limes, he makes his own simple syrup.

He makes it all from scratch. And they are delicious and they are silent but deadly, meaning that you don't realize how strong they are.
But I knew that you and I had this early morning session and I didn't want to be any more in pain than I am. So maybe that had something to do with it. But yeah, I definitely felt the difference.

They were talking about how, you know, so we're all parents of kids in elementary school. The range of ages last night of the kids was not quite two years old to 10 And again, there were nine kids in that span. There were about, three of them were like six, seven.
