Did the Dept. of War steal Hammer's idea? That is, Pete Hegseth, Secretary of War, announcing that on December 3rd, the public and federal execution of the Ft. Hood shooter will be streamed and broadcasted.

Jason Hammer (0:44)

I'm not saying that they stole my idea, but I'm not denying it.

Hammer, it'd be stealing your idea if they were making money off of it. That's true. I think your idea was...

I'm a capitalist.

pay-per-view executions, correct?

Jason Hammer (1:00)

But I'm a capitalist with a heart. See, on my execution channel, we would have pay-per-view executions, where not only would you pay, you know, $49.95 to watch this bad guy go to hell, but proceeds would go to the victim's family. So I would cover my costs of operating a business, maybe make a little bit, but the family would also get a big chunk of the money for just, you know, allowing it to go down.

Families, in this case, killed multiple people and deserves every bit of what is coming to him. Do you really want this turned into some sort of like TikTok video?

Jason Hammer (1:45)

Yes.

Do you really want this to be some sort of celebration where people are enjoying it and making fun of it and spreading it on line in stead of maybe, you know, the justice that he deserves? He's getting the justice he deserves, obviously.

Jason Hammer (2:06)

Why do I have to pick between those two? Why can't they both be true?

Why can't I say I'm going to watch this guy die? I'm going to enjoy watching him go to hell and he should die and I see nothing wrong with all of this.

But you do have to admit that there will be a contingent of people watching online that will say, oh, he's not going to hell.

He's going to visit 70 virgins in heaven. That's what I don't like about this.

Yeah, but there's also people out there that ate Tide Pods. Like, there's a big portion of the public that you're never going to make happy. And there's a big portion of the public who are morons. Let's hear from the Secretary of War Pete Hegseth on why he feels like this is the right decision.

Execution by firing squad.

Army Major betrays his country, radical Islamist kills a bunch of Americans at Ford Hood. Of course we're going to do it at Ford Hood. We're going to do it on a Thursday. We're going to do it at 1 o'clock, which is when he did it. It's going to be soldiers with rifles executing the firing squad.

It hadn't been since World War II since we've done that. Well, I kind of like the mentality we had in World War II, which was when, which was understand when the enemy attacks you, you need to stand your ground. So it was radical Islamist terror attack. Remember what Obama called it? Workplace violence. I mean, that's what we're up against. That's the world view we're up against is workplace violence. We know what it is. It was a radical Islamist attack in uniform inside the ranks. And so he's going to get a firing squad of soldiers as it should be. And we'll make sure that people are able to watch it, that it's public, because people need to understand that this is a serious consequence for these types of things.

And I'm somebody that has always believed the death penalty isn't just there for my entertainment, but it's supposed to be a deterrent. Not only is there justice involved for the families, but maybe somebody would watch that and go, well, that's pretty grizzly. I would prefer that not happen to me.

I don't know. Maybe if you can just get a couple of people to watch this thing, maybe they change their mind on wanting to be awful, violent pieces of crap.

Oh, they should. It should be an all female firing squad. Remember how that other chick in Tennessee wanted the didn't she want the firing squad or something like that?

Jason Hammer (4:25)

She wanted an all female lethal injection crew.

Yeah.

And I think you saw how that turned out.

Right. But we all saw how that turned out. She's still alive for God's sake.
