Welcome back to this episode of Deebo and Joe. I'm your host James Deebo Harrison and I'm here with my co-host Joe Haden. Please make sure you like, subscribe and download where you get your show. How you doing today, Joe?

Joe Haden (1:34)

Brother Deebo, I'm doing great, my man. Another great day to be here, you know what I'm saying? Chop it up. I saw some real actual football.

So yeah, it's a good day. It's a good day. Might not have been the best in my predictions, but yeah, it was a good day.

James Harrison (1:48)

Definitely. Look here, man. The people have been asking this man for the hit, you know, for my son.

Joe Haden (1:55)

Yeah.

James Harrison (1:55)

So we went on here and we got a little something together, you know, so that they could see it. Actually, let me get that first clip, man. Here, here, here. It's a little grainy now. It's a little grainy. Okay. All right, they got the highest of tech. You understand?

Yes, sir.

Yes, sir. Now, you're seeing that at fast speed, you know what I'm saying? So it looked like, yeah.

Joe Haden (2:19)

Full speed.

James Harrison (2:20)

Full speed.

Joe Haden (2:21)

Fine.

James Harrison (2:22)

You don't know. You don't know.

Joe Haden (2:24)

He didn't lock it. Yeah.

James Harrison (2:26)

You know, helmet pop off, the helmet pop off, you know, they're looking for something, you know what I'm saying? But what you got to do, man, is you got to slow that thing down. Go ahead and slow that thing down. Man, get head across, shoulder down around his chest, and the helmet just, it just go in, it hits and it pops off.

Joe Haden (2:42)

On the side. He's on the side.

James Harrison (2:43)

It pops off, Joe.

Joe Haden (2:46)

That's Deebo. That's what happens when, I saw a couple of hits like that during the week. When you hit someone in their chest that hard, and their head just, it caves down, his head's not in the way. It's not helmet to helmet. If it would have been helmet to helmet, his head would have went straight back. When you get hit in the chest, your head has to go forward, because you're not hitting you in the head, you're hitting you in the chest. And that force is making you snap forward.

It looks brutal, because it's just the whip of it, but it's not direct contact, because if it was, you would see him go straight back, it wouldn't be able to go forward at all.

James Harrison (3:18)

Yes sir, look here, man.

The kid that ended up getting hit, he actually commented in the post, and he put a picture up. So if you go to the post that we were talking about, his name is actually Jack Kniff.

Jack Kniff, he is the quarterback at Hill School over there. He's the starting quarterback and baseball player. He had two sport commit to Maine University, okay? Oh, yes sir, good luck the rest of the season, Jack, man. May God continue to bless you. He commented all that, he did everything. So if you want to see it, he actually put a picture of him up there too. So when the helmet popped off, it kind of skinned him up a little bit. So if y'all want to see it, it skinned him up a little bit. But he said in the cut, he's like, hey, that's football. You know what I'm saying? Shout out. Shout out. I think his name is Jack underscore Kniff. And it's K-E-N-N-E.
