I'm just trying to keep it undisclosed. I let you know I'm in Myrtle Beach, but not where. You know what I'm saying? You never know where. I'm in Myrtle Beach somewhere, but I'm here with the kids. You know what I'm saying? School starts next week. So a last little vacation. But today, but today, but today you already know what you got.

Look here, man, what we got today, man.
We have a man that is actually from Bell Air, Maryland. I only say that because my daddy is from Glenbird, Maryland. So I know him. And I'm from Washington, Maryland. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Now, he also went to Harvard. Okay. He was there for four years as a starter for the Harvard football team. He earned first team, all Ivy honors, three times.
In that same process of those four years, Joe, the man earned two degrees, a bachelors and a masters degree, a graduated cum laude.

**James Harrison** (2:57)
The A, he would then enter into the league 2009, Indianapolis. He was a scouting assistant working his way up through the ranks. 2016, he was hired by the Browns. He was VP of player personnel over there. 2019, he left, did a little hop over there to Philly, became the VP of football operations over there. And then, January 28, 2020, he will become the youngest GM in the NFL history at just 32 years old.

Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Hey, fellas, thank you for thanks for having me on Joe, James. James, that's quite the intro, man.
You got to be my hype man now.

**James Harrison** (3:57)
I got to tell you, when I bring you in, I bring you in. Look here, man, you go and you look at that list, the accolades that I put out there, along with your athletic accomplishments. You know what I'm saying?
How did you balance the workload of all of that, plus getting two degrees, what is it, economics and computer science, and then manage to excel in football all at the same time? How did you do that?

**Andrew Berry** (4:27)
I got to tell a little bit of a funny story from growing up. It was really sports in school in my household. My mom, she loved basketball and baseball. My dad, he's from Texas, grew up as huge cowboy fans and everything. Me, my brother, my sister, we love sports, love playing outside, love doing everything like that. But my parents were like, all right, we love that you like being outside, playing ball and everything like that. But if you don't get straight A's, we're going to pull you out of everything. From a very, very early age, that was the rule where if we didn't get straight A's, we couldn't play sports. From a very early age, it was like, all right, I'm going to get good grades so I can play ball. That was my mentality.
